  All of a sudden my perspective crop tool no longer works. So use it and pressing on enter to run, opens a window with 'treatment', and the green bar of treatment is not more than third. Wait another 10 minutes is not going anywhere, and the program is just stuck. I can't leave or cancel, the only way out to restart the computer. I cleaned the RAM and made room on my hard drive. All other orders are fine. What can this be?

  Claire on the 'resolution' in the options bar. You have probably set it to the cadence of the file size huge pixels.

  Thank you Trevor.  Discovered that I tried to tilt the bottom and not a new layer.  All sorted now.

  I am using windows 7 64 bit with 8 MB of memory

  I bought a subscriptoin to photoshop, but shortly thereafter realized I would have been better with creative cloud. I cancelled my subscription to photoshop, a subscription (student and teacher) cc, but now photoshop does not load as the long version.

  I spent two hours last week with specialists of cat in line, but we were able to solve the problem.

  Finally, I deleted all the products from cloud, used the tool cleaning, restarted and when I loaded photoshop, once again, the same thing happened. Photoshop tells me that I have a few days before my subscription expires, so I guess that photoshop that keeps its loading is the initial subscription.

  I tried to disable photoshop but I get error 194:3.

  I am completely and totally stuck and do not want to spend another 2 hours on the chatline to the customer service!

  I think that this has been resolved. Finally, the original subscriptoin missed and I was asked to sign again to validate.

  My 2015.5 Photoshop does not open.  I get an error message that says could not apply the control panel backup using the default value.  Click OK and get a new message that says: cannot start Photoshop because of a program error.  I tried to uninstall Photoshop Cloud and re install but same error.  Of course Adobe Chat is now closed

  No one can tell you anything without more adequate system or other technical details, including the exact wording of the warnings / error messages.

  So my laptop based on the Core i3 - 3110 m cpu and nvidia geforce gt630m gpu 2 GB, 8 GB of ram. 8.1 Windows x 64

  I have uninstall Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.1.2 (20160113.r.355) - clean registry and install the previous version - Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 (20150722.r.168).

  Figures that newest version of PS work well with nvidia gt 630 m, perhaps, it has not been tested at all.

  He can hardly qualified as a solution but now Photoshop sees my gpu at least.

  

  Hope Adobe will fix this problem in the new version of Photoshop. Maybe this can help someone.

  The answer to your question depends entirely on what camera Canon photo come from your CR2 files.

  CR2 is the file used by Canon Camera Raw owner format. CR2 files are different for each camera model which is Canon. As a result, Adobe has update the mounting bracket in the Camera Raw plugin whenever camera manufacturers release a new model of camera.

  Different versions of Camera Raw are supported by different versions of Photoshop.

  I must add that when I try and open a file, it freezes and I have to force photoshop completely.
