  I bought a new Dell laptop (Windows 10 Pro) and LV 2015 (32-bit) is installed. I copied my project files and tried to build the exe file and received the error 8. After much searching for an answer, I created a minimal test with just a single white vi project and an exe based build spec to reproduce the error with. Whenever I try to build, I get the same error 8:

  LabVIEW: File permission error. You do not have the correct permissions for the file.

  I can't quite imagine I could have permissions issues. I of course have full admin on the machine privileges.

  I've seen other messages (like this one) who speak to have Windows Explorer opened the path of construction when it tries to go up and get this error. I made double sure that I don't have ANY Windows Open Windows Explorer, trying to build. There was a mention in one of the positions which perhaps of LabVIEW in current directory is defined in the file generation, but I'm not quite what that means, or why that might happen when there isn't usually prevents me to build on other machines.

  Interestingly, I have created a virtual machine (Win 10) for a different project and installed LV 2015 32 bits in the virtual machine, and all my applications build very well in the virtual machine. But on OS from my physical machine, I get this error 8 for all construction applications.

  I tried to fix LabVIEW, and also I tried to uninstall reinstall LabVIEW. Nor was the error to go away completely. After the repair, the project has successfully generated once. But subsequent attempts to build fail with the same error.

  My best guess is that some external process is the use of the folder and do not let you write here. The most likely candidates are anti-virus software or a service of indexation of a certain type.   Have you tried to contact the developer for the Toolbox?  It looks like some kind of exception thrown within their Automation object.  This kind of thing happens generally in passing in the wrong type of parameter or by sending something out of range.

  Have you tried to probe the cluster of error to try to isolate which call is throw the exception?

  The data types of your controls do not match. In the Subvi you have a U8. In the VI parent cursor is data type of DBL. change the cursor to a U8. You must also make sure that you have a valid range on your cursor. In the Subvi you subtract the input value 8, so it seems you're wanting a control with a minimum value of 8.

  I currently have an application called "Apa Doanya' (id 33020976) for BB 7 and below. Now, I created another version of it for BB10. To publish this version BB10, I created a new application named also "Apa Doanya' (id 46317888), download the file bar, but not yet to introduce the new application for review. Later, I changed my mind, I want to release this BB10 version under the name of my current application so that I can keep the sides and the current download figures.   I recently bought a drone DJI Phantom 3 kind have been treatment of videos more than usual and not have not had any problems. I use Lightroom for cataloging movies and I use the first to change.

  Since yesterday, I was not able to import any movie that I get the following error

  Initially, I thought that it was due to a spectacular crash of drone (Physics isn't SHE!) who corrupted the file that was being logged, m ais I can now no longer import any movie to Lightroom.

  1. a different memory with a new registration card

  2 removing and re - import an old movie

  3. to remove and re-import and old movie created by another camera

  4. to remove Lightroom and rolling back to the previous version of LR CC (CC 2015 [1014445])-had the advantage of getting rid of the annoying new import dialog screen. -

  • I tried to move my catalog and PE6 install to a new computer.  This is on a Dell Windows XP machine, and I moved it to a Toshiba Windows 7 (64-bit) machine.  I always kept my photo on an external hard drive files.  My library is 50 GB, 10,000 files.  Here's what I did.
    • Copied the original PE6 installation file on the Toshiba.  Installed but not activate it.
    • Copied my catalog folder to the location of the Windows 7.
    • Plug the external drive into the Toshiba.  So makes that same letter drive as a front.
    • Fired up to PE6 on Toshiba.  Seemed fine in the Organizer.  Everything seemed to be there, but I didn't try to make any changes at this time there.
    • PE6 disabled on the Dell.  Enabled on the Toshiba.
  • Then I realized that it is not fair.  I can edit the keywords and the stars rating on photos, but not the dates, legends or notes.  I get "an error has occurred during playback of files or write files to a disk." The drive is may be full, or there may be problems with the source media. »
  • Only a fraction of the external drive is in use.
  • I can access the files on the external hard drive with another application (Windows Photo Viewer).

  Well, the recommended method for moving the catalog is to use organizer of the PSE6 on your old computer to do a full backup on your DHM.  (Which backs up the catalog and media files).  Then, on your new computer, open the Organizer PSE6 and restore from this backup.

  I'm trying to uninstall Clickpotatolite program from the Windows Control Panel.  I continue to receive messages from programs and features, saying "an error has occurred trying to unintall ClickPotato.  It may have already been uninstalled.  You want to remove click potato in the list of features and programs. »
