  I just downloaded the update of Muse. I was behind on downloading this update because I hate updates. I think it's a bug because my site worked fine until I downloaded the new update. My site shows well on the Internet Explorer browser, but Google chrome is the version of the phone.

  On a side note, some of my pages of phone would be present on your desktop even if they were connected correctly. Now the whole site is ONLY visible as the phone version and ONLY on google chrome.

  When I search "thinkntalk" on Google with my computer, among the links on site often goes to the tablet or phone version.

  I already checked the internal links of each version. And the option ' redirect to... ". ' is active.

• I downloaded a new site which includes desktop, Tablet and phone versions.  All three seem to work except that two pages on the version of phone are coming in white well.  Ideas?

  Phone version of my site has two blank pages.  Can't understand why. Rest of them look good and the versions of desktop and tablet won't have any problem.

  So, I went back into the files of the site and created two new pages. Then I copied all the contents of the two who had been raised as white.  Recharged to Godaddy via FTP and all now work correctly.

  Still don't know what the problem was, but what fixed it.

• With phone version InBrowser edition edition problems

  I use the latest version, I tried in firefox, chrome and safari, nothing helps. I can see and edit the site's full desktop version. But when I go to edit the phone it is grayed out.

  I deleted the entire site via ftp and re downloaded. Nothing helps.

  I made sure that the two boxes checked for the inbrowser editing and content (I have all text frames that are connected through the content on the phone version).

  I don't know where to go from here... Suggestions are welcome.

  Is the site hosted on BC or external? This can be the behavior if there is no script/html on the page element.

  Muse gives you the ability to create a phone available for long with the office layout in the same file.

  As you have created a file of available separate phone it will overlap the provision existing office file.

  I you advise to create a phone layout in the file that already has a Desktop layout, and then copy - paste the contents of the file layout of existing phone to the new created as well as office layout. This create a folder separate pages of phone on the host computer and also put in place codes of redirection so that pages can be redirected according to the type of currency.

• White space on the right side of two pages (phone version)

  I'm having a problem with white space unwanted on the right side of only two of my pages (phone version only). The first page has a wider gap:

  On the second page, the gap is not as wide:

  I tried just about everything I could think of. I checked for everything outside the margin, but there is not. Any ideas/suggestions? Your help is appreciated.

  I found the solution for me: a few items on the page are automatically extended to any width that causes white space on the sides.

  When you click on "Phone" or "Compressed" layout, it asks if you want to copy on the site map, the browser and the page attribute fill. You must select 'Desktop' in the ' copy to ' drop-down list as well. Check this: http://screencast.com/t/fP6UCI6D66m9

  That being said, when you copy more of office of any other provision, it never copies the content, it will copy the three properties above.

  Can you see if there are hidden objects outside the layout in Muse. Do a select all and remove objects, you don't need or bring them to the layout.

  Greetings Muse-ers. My great Muse site has great Tablet/phone functionality, but telephone numbers listed on the contact page of the desktop version disappear as shown while on the contact pages for versions of the Tablet and phone. I am betting that there something cope with touch capabilities in these versions. How can I force those phone numbers view properly on versions of the Tablet and phone?

  Loading the site compressed in a desktop browser displays phone numbers, but on devices iOS as the iPad, phone numbers listed on the contact page are not displayed.  They ARE tactile, and if you press on close by, you will get the phone call.  Any thoughts?

  Oddly enough, the phone number in the header above the two poster AND dials the number on iOS.

  Answered the question.  It seems that the mobile OS versions of the site Muse unilaterally change the phone numbers to the white color on the device. then, I placed a filled rectangle of color behind the phone numbers, and now they can be viewed. So there you have it.

  I guess it's a bug on the export of MUSE, and it has to do with the size of your laptop. Opening the page with or without www on a MBP of 15-inch and 23-inch external monitor constantly showed me the site Office.

  I was also able to force the loading of pages Tablet and phone (/ phone or tablet).

  Muse would assume the correct version depending on the size of the screen, so I think it's a bug. Try to contact a member of staff or perhaps one appears here.

  On the positive side the new coming version will allow sensitive design so different versions and the problematic screen size will be a thing of the past!

  One of the cell phones I test Web sites automatically defaults to view version of phone if there is a phone created in Muse site. I can't replace the desktop version. Y at - it a code to put in muse to fix this? or is there a setting I can adjust? It disobeys with websites sensitive, only the Adaptive sites?

  There is a (bug) incompatibility between the JavaScript redirection used by most of the sites of Muse and the data returned by Windows 10 for information screen size on the ultra high resolution screens. A site of Muse went on a hybrid portable device / tablet that has a ultra high resolution touchscreen motorized and executes Windows 10 load available phone, rather than the office schema or tablet.

  At the moment there is no good workaround solution.

  If you put a link on your page to phone to "Go to the Site of Desktop", then link to the desktop page, once the link works and lock the unit continuing to observe only Office pages on the site, but that does not the experience of the user for the first visit a site.

  We are aware of the bug and actively working on a fix. At the present time, we do not have an ETA for when this will be resolved.
