Phonetic Korean entry

This issue has been marked as "answered", but he received no response. The authors of response did not understand the question and therefore did not provide a relevant answer (see my response on this page for more details).

The question is:

How does a Korean of entry phonetically?

The option is readily available on other operating systems, and many people have suggested that there are in Windows. I can't seem to find it on Win7, but...

Thank you.

Edit:
My answer on the other issue will be stuck here for convenience:

' KenT50 is not asking questions on how to activate the Korean entry. (S) he is ALREADY entered in Korean. The problem is that the key provision is bad - it is stuck on the Korean keyboard (which is not AZERTY), rather than use an English QWERTY layout that corresponds to Korean alphabet phonetically.

In the first example, typing 'AL' reveals the Korean symbol "Mi". (S) he wants to make type 'MI' actually made appear the Korean symbol "Mi". '

The Korean entry system (GongjinCheong Romaja) does not work as expected.

For example, when I want to type an-nyeong-ha-to-yo, he would rather see the status: An-yeo-g-a-e-o. Especially for the following consonant after the first character, the following consonant will disappear, and I had to repeat that consonant to ensure that it is visible. Example: I want to type "JO - JI" and the entry system will be the second 'J' disappear after I press 'I '. To type 'JI', so I had to press the arrow key right or enter to complete the first character "JO" before I can go to type 'JI '. Greetings slwsbl!

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I see that you want to change the input source with the SHIFT key on macOS Sierra. I understand the importance of wanting to use a specific key when changing inputs. I'm happy to help you with this.

It is possible to do. Please take a look at the User Guide helps Mac, specifically, this section:

    Switch between input sources

To switch between input sources, do one of the following:

    • Use the menu entry: Click on the menu entry in the menu bar, and then choose the input source. If an input source is dimmed, the current application does not support it.

    • Use the Caps Lock key: Press the caps lock shift key to switch between a non-Latin input (such as the Chinese or Korean) source and an input source Latin (for example, French or English).

To use this method, you must select the option "use Caps Lock to toggle to and from" in the stream of input methods. Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, click keyboard, and then click input methods.

    • Use keyboard shortcuts: Press control-Option-space bar to select the source of the following entry in the menu entry, or control-space to select the previous input source.

    Best regards.

  • Traditional Chinese entry via EMI blocks Firefox and other programs

    Hi all

until recently I used the traditional Chinese input via MIcrosoft IME 2002 new Phonetics has on Windows XP, Office 2003 package.
For a few days (without accusing new facilities program or something) However, it no longer works. When I go to the Chinese input, it is not converting the phonetic entry into characters, happens just nothing at all (in Office Word). When I try to type Chinese in Firefox or other programs, they instantly lock down.
On the other hand, the Japanese input and (newly activated) Chinese (Simplified Chinese) work without problem. Only I need traditional rather than simplified Chinese...

I tried to disable the keyboard Chinese input and after restarting the computer by adding one more time, but that did not help. In addition, a system to a recovery point of 4 weeks, when the Chinese input still certainly worked, did not help.

Research in the community forums, I found a similar problem, I would be very grateful for advice!
    Thanks in advance,

    Best wishes

I just bought an iPhone used 6 and synced it with my iCloud... but when I try to use the App store, it's all in Korean so I can't use it.  I have to clear the phone and start from scratch?

    Hello

The seller should take the steps described in the following article management before selling the iPhone for you, including clear and, if it was enabled, removing lock Activation:

If they have not cleared the iPhone, you should do before asking for yourself as the new owner.

If Activation lock remains active under Apple ID from the previous owner, you should arrange for them to remove the lock or return the iPhone for a refund:

  • iBooks author - TOC shows the empty entries for table - how to stop this?

    Hello

I spent hours trying to find an answer to this.

My book has a few tables - nothing wrong with that.  I have a front cap of the table - that's what I want in the table of contents.

iBooks author shows instead, empty entries whenever he comes across a table, that is hopeless.

I just want the topic as indicated above - 2.1.  I don't want 2.2 which is the table.

Does anyone have an idea how to do this, please?

If this isn't the case, iBooks author is desperate for any book that contains the tables.

    See you soon,.

    Hello

I found an article from Apple which may help to answer your question and I pasted the link below. I think that you will have to 'say' iBA this is or is not part of the Table of contents (TOC) and's done it with the Inspector tool, Document tab, section TOC. Look down at the bottom of this window to the sign and arrow down to allow the addition of other document settings in the table of contents, or remove some.

I hope that this help =)
