  I got the same warning messages and I created the point of editing/U01 with 50 GB for installation of Oracle and creation of database with no caveat. In my opinion, the warning appeared as the point of Assembly/U01 is too large (2.2 T).

  Remove folder is as simple as right clicking them and selecting Remove. Some special folders and the local folders account space simply cannot be deleted.

  Not based on what? You have not provided any information as to the amount of space you have left and what is the total capacity of your iPad. He must leave a certain percentage of the free capacity at all times, so if you have a 32GB device and you are up to 2 GB of free storage, which could in fact be severed close...
