• After 3 days on Adobe support my cloud application still will not work. Data error is install failed!

  I got creative cloud for more than a month now and have not been able to get the thing to work. I spent about 2 and a half days on technical support. I tried it on two different laptops the second that I have to replace my old as the first stopped working after the support has been playing with it. So I tried it on Windows 7 and now Windows 8.1.

What kind of behavior do you?  You mentioned install it in Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 it was on two separate computers or did you upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1?

  AFAIK, you can connect on Flickr and Picasa.

  Photo frame digital downloads the fotos of all accounts that are turned on.
  You can configure max 32 accounts; 16 for 16 for Picasa and Flickr

  Other accounts are not possible.

When I rebooted my computer to check on the photos, I could not see most of the miniatures, and even with some still visible, when I tried to open windows photo gallery said, "Photo Gallery can't open this photo or video. This file format is not supported, or you do not have the latest updates to the photo gallery. "For the videos, I received the error message 2048 after them playing with QuickTime player. These files were not deleted somehow, just moved from one region to another in safe mode. The sizes of these photos and videos are normal and their respective sizes. I decided to place these files in normal mode and then restarted my computer, however, nothing has worked. I sill have the folder "FILES2KEEP" on desktop 2, but without the files user account. This could be the cause this and what are the several ways to address this issue?

  (Note: I'm running on Windows Vista Edition complete with Service Pack 2)

  Safe mode was probably not the cause, but the files are permanently damaged and need to be restored from your most recent backup.  The files may have been damaged during the move, but which is unlikely because move files only changes their display location, the tracks on the disc do not actually move.

  If you want to keep the metadata, you must export the images as the current versions, edited. File > export > export... images.  Then you can turn on the indicator "Tile, keys, descriptions words":

  

  Choose a high quality for JPEG, not to lose quality.  To the RAWs export them under like TIFF picture.

  You can export the RAWs as "file > export > export original unmodified" and keep it RAW, but which will not include the metadata.  And the Photos will allow you to export an XMP file with metadata, but when I tested, it did not apply the metadata when you import the RAW files again. So the best compromise for the RAW format would be to export as TIFF, another lossless format.

  This means that some laptops have been delivered with the WLan and others not.

  In your case if you are not sure 100% if your laptop has built in wireless minPCI network card then I recommend to check the Device Manager. The WLan card network adapters should be registered if it was already installed on your laptop.
