• Photos - slide show transitions becomes jerks after export

  The slideshow transitions become jerks after export to iTunes.  Sliding panels, classic, etc. normally play in the Photo Slideshow app, but become "sticky" or "jerky" following export.

  I don't remember this problem with iPhoto or earlier versions of IOS - even when the films were anchored.  Is this a known issue?

  What is the size of the slide show (# of slides) and what theme are you using?

  What size export the slide show as?

  How much space you have on your startup disk?

• Unstable text photo slide show

  I store my pictures on iCloud and have a large enough library (about 10,000 photos). My wife is the construction of a slide show of our recent trip to the Islands British virgins and selected approximately 390 pictures to include in the slide show. She first added all desired photos and launched a project. Once in the project, she added text to many photos. After adding text to nearly 250 photos, all the text on all the photos have disappeared. It seems that there is no way to retrieve the text lost in these photos. After removing my wife on the ceiling, I start over. This time when she was on the 50th photo, all the added text above again disappeared. She spent many, many hours at this point and it seems that Photos for Mac or the ability to slide show in the Photos has a problem. My questions are:

  1. are we something wrong

  2 have we exceeded the capacity of photos or slides in the show

  3 should use us another program to create a slide show, and if so what program.

  4. our intention was to build the slideshow with text captions and then save it in iTunes and then transfer the DVD slideshow to share with others who have enjoyed our holiday with us.

  A method to solve our problems has been addressed under a different issue of securities 'Slide show of the problems' in the community.

• Photo slide show on digital frame Journe Air 1000 RSS feeds

  I just bought a Journe Air 1000 digital photo frame kajigga.

  I want it as a Christmas gift for my parents. All I want to do is automagically get a slideshow of pictures from a file server via the LAN. NO internet in the site Flickr or Picasa. Locally.

  I don't want to publish my pictures on the internet. And I don't want my parents to have to manually copy the photos.

  I can provide an RSS feed - but the framework's interface seems to think that those are just for headlines and only shows thumbnails of images.

  I can provide a Windows file share, an FTP server, even to download the photos to the memory of the image at regular intervals on the network. There are thousands of ways that this could be done. Except none are supported by the frame of the Journe Air.

  None of this is possible - only sites, Picasa or Flickr? What is the point of Wifi with limited options? I bought it when I saw that he had RSS support. Surely a goal first of watch slideshows... wireless digital photo frames! ? No RSS feeds slideshows! Many critics of this device mentioned RSS slide shows? What is everything?

  Anyone can shed some light? Are there RSS based working on this page or any other similar device slideshows?

  (A bit disappointed with the hope I can find a way to get this working..)

  I assume that you have read the manual of the Journe Air 1000.
  Did you find an info is a slideshow of pictures from a file on the local network server possible?

  I didn't find these info and I guess that's not possible.

  To be honest, I put t know why you are disappointed?
  Of course, it would be really nice to have 1000 + 1 options and settings and the best would be if this framework could take pictures and movies so I don't need the additional cams digi

  Before buying any device you should read magazines and other items that can make a device and what options and features are supported

  Who knows. Maybe in the future, you might find such device that would support all you wishes

• Windows 7 - Media Center - photos - slide show settings - sides

  QUESTION: Did anyone know if you can set the slide show according to different sides so that the slide show will play only pictures rated 4 and 5 stars for any folder of pictures (and not show photos rated 3 and below)?

  PROBLEM: It seems that you can set Media Center to view a slideshow of 4 and 5 star pictures for every single photo on a computer in a massive slide show. If it is possible to change my slide show's settings so that I can see the pictures of only 4 and 5 stars (and no pictures rated 3 and below) for any given issue, I was not able to find it.

  USER SCENARIO: I shoot 1,000 photos at a wedding and I rate 30 of these 5 stars, I note one another 900 as 4 stars, 50 I rate 3 stars, and the other 20 Note: 1 star for eventual deletion. I want someone to be able to use Media Center to show only the photos of 5 stars to friends (30 photos), but when family comes and they want to see more photos, they can change the Media Center slide show's settings so that the family sees only the photos 4 stars and 5 stars (80 photos).

  NOTE: It seems to me that the global settings are a limited setting or another, but never a combination of two or more. I can view and play photos in a folder given with Media Center in an appreciation of deceasing order, it does not work for associated events like a wedding time, or I can see all 4 and 5 stars for my entire computer, but not folder?

  Any help on this or recommended 3rd party Slideshow program would be greatly appreciated.

  You may experience this problem if the data store is corrupted. So, try to rebuild the Media Center data store.
  
  To do this, follow these steps:
  1 exit any running instance of Windows Media Center.
  2 delete the mediaCenterDataStore.db file. By default, this file is located in the following location:
  %SystemDrive%\ProgramData\Microsoft\eHome\mediaCenterDataStore.DB
  To remove the file, follow these steps:
  1. click on start and then click Run.
  2. in the Open box, type run and then click OK.
  3. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
  4. in the Open box, type %systemdrive%\programdata\microsoft\ehome and then click OK.
  5. in the details pane, right-click right mediacenterdatastore.db and then click on remove.
  6. click Yes to confirm that you want to move the Mediacenterdatastore.db file to the trash.
  7 restart the computer so that the changes take effect after you perform the steps.
  8. start Windows Media Center.

  I found a kind of solution.

  I have added a mouse action down to the images of 'Heroes' and related photos full size.

  It is not the possibility of more elegant, but add a slide show to every image on the page looks a little awkward and seems difficult to change.

  You can certainly use Adobe send to send this slide show. That's what I'd do (since you asked!).

  Well, it would be useful to know what version of operating system you are running on two machines. Without this information, the 'low tech', simple is to drag your slideshow on a disc external hard or a stick and then drag/copy it on the other machine.

• First elements vs Pro for Pan and Zoom Photo Slide Shows

  I'm a professional architectural photographer. I need to create videos using a series of photos, and I need the ability to pan and zoom to specific parts of each photo.  I need to be able to tell the software where to pan and to and where to zoom in or out.  For example, I could start on the left side of a picture, pan to the left side of the photo, then stop panning and zooming.  I need to control the speed of the pan and zoom and control where they occur within each photo.  I won't be dealing with video, only still photos.

  I saw a video showing this capability in Premier Pro.  It can also be done in first elements?

  My computer is to produce a random audio bing and the word "Cup" will Flash in the lower right.  I connected a new keyboard, and then my speakers did not work, then I reconnected it to them.  The speakers work, but now this problem.  Also, I had a photo slideshow on my desk and now as a watch and everytime I try to change it to play the slideshow, it bings and changes back to a photo.   I tried to reboot several times.  Can anyone help?

  Run your anti-virus software, then download and run Malwarebytes Anti-malware program. Delete everything they find.

  Re-post if they find something, but the problem comes back.

• Gallery of photos/slide show of components

  I'm looking to do a photo gallery and want my images to be pulled from a folder on my Web server. Does anyone know how to do this either through a video clip and the script some type of plug-in components that works well.
  
  I use Flash Pro 8 and really want to put together and beautiful photo gallery with several images of good work but don't want to incorporate them into the flash file for reasons of file size.

  I did a bunch of similar galleries. Are you familiar with xml in Flash
  Not at all? The easiest way is to create an empty MovieClip on your stage
  and give it an instance name (placeholder) for example. Create an xml file
  a list of your image names and then use loadMovie to load the first
  image of the node in your placeholder MovieClip. Then all you need to do
  is to create a var you can increment to load picture 2nd, the 3rd, the 4th picture
  etc. I can send you a sample if you wish.

  That said, I also used this product and for the low price, it's pretty
