Photocurrent at V = 0

Dear comrades,

I ve got a question, I ve had a problem that s killing me softly and I need your help if it would be possible.

The question is to know how to program a Keithley 2400 to obtain the photocurrent to 0 volt. IE: I have to indicate a V = 0 and it should give me a current for this V.

It seems easy to do, but I m not able get it, so any help is welcome!

Thank you all!
