  If you clicked the Cancel button right after the import, then you u did import. If the REFO option is available, click on it.

  In otherwise, re - import photos from the card again and do not click Cancel. If the card has been erased, see if you can use the Time Machine backup to restore.

• Catalog says Lightroom "Photo is missing", but it is not

  I deleted some pictures catalog (no hard drive)

  I moved and then the photos to another folder

  Dragged into Lightroom, who started an import

  I have added keywords and then imported

  When I clicked on the pictures the keywords do not appear

  When I look at the histogram, I get a histogram, but it says "Photo is missing.

  I can click on view in the Explorer and the image is there... I can also zoom 8 x so I know the photo is there.

  Now, all images have missing keywords and say "Photo is missing" when they are not.

  Another thing, I have recently (2 + weeks) removed Quicktime with a few warnings.

  I tried to drag a PDF file in Lightroom with other photos above, but he never appeared in the import and it not imported.

  I have 55K pictures catalogued;

  How can I solve this... I don't have lightroom exitted... yet

  Are you sure you copied the images on your hard drive and not left on the memory card when importing?

  Please post a screen Capture of a window of the file Explorer showing the drive and the folder, the images is in and a screenshot of the folder LR box showing the same drive and folder.

  When I look at some of the records, the number of pictures is 0.   In the 8.1 WIN it says there are 10 pictures (for example).

  If tried to re - import a fold er who had 0 photos in Lightroom, but it is said that the 10 photos are already there.

  Lightroom is not a file Explorer. It is not "air" inside a folder and see how many photos is there, just like Windows Explorer. If both should not match.

  If you are unable to import the photos, which means that they have already been imported and you will need to find in Lightroom. Then, go to the library Module and perform all 4 of these steps to find your photos:

  1. Click on all of the photographs in the catalog Panel
  2. Disable all filters (once or twice Ctrl-L)
  3. Develop all batteries (Photo->-> develop all batteries stacking)
  4. one of those 'missing' photos search by file name

• Photo of missing after upgrade from 3.5 to 3.6

  Hello, I upgraded from 3.5 to 3.6 this morning and now 3/4 of the exhibition of my photos as gray boxes in the Panel at the bottom of the screen. I click on the little question mark near the area and he tells me that the photo is missing. the box next to the question mark, tells me the previos location and asks me if I want to locate. This is new from the upgrade. What should I do? What happens with a few thousand photographs.

  Before I have rec'd this message, I uninstalled 3.6 and reinstalled. Everything seems to work fine now. I'm guessing that there is some sort of hiccup on my end. I can't say 100% for sure, however it seems to me that the only picture originally imported into a program of former items (3?) was posted in the bottom bar.

  I've recently updated to IOS 10 and on my iPad I can search people and keywords on the photos app but on my iPhone 5 I did not either of these features so I was wondering should I put anything on or is it meant to be like that?

• I have no color - everything is white with blue writing and photos and missing topics are missing

  I downloaded Firefox and set up my homepage as Yahoo which is what I used before downloading. There is now no background color on my page, while he was in shades of green before. • I hid all the photos of Facebook friends somehow and do not know how to restore them. Only if you are using Firefox - how can I get back them?

  I right click a picture on Facebook, to delete a photo, there was a message from Firefox, I said 'Yes' and all THE photos of friends disappeared, not only that I clicked. I don't know how to restore them. They are obvious when you use another browser is unique to Firefox.

  It is possible that you do not recognize the server that Facebook uses to store images.

  Another way to see what images are blocked is to click on the favicon (Site ID icon) on the left side of the address bar and click the button "additional information".

  Received email claimed friend which contained dropbox. In dropbox was the photo of the small document and note to friend. (I wasn't familiar with dropbox). The document had seen listed by it. I clicked on see thinking I was enlarging document to read what it was. A folder of zip file immediately went to the download. I opened the case and he had several files listed, suspicious code. One who does not I opened. The person called and they said that their e-mail had been hacked. Someone had mentioned to them that it would be Zeus. Although I have downloaded zip file and open a folder which looked ok, and I did not open the file with the code of suspicion. I agree with you?

  KSPROXY. AX is associated with some programs that is installed on your computer. To perform a clean boot, follow the steps described in this document . This process will allow you to start without some programs that run to isolate the program that is causing the problem.

  Once you have found the program, if possible, uninstall and reinstall.

• The name of the missing photo is missing in the upper part of the finder window, when you search for the missing photo.

  Until this version, the name of a missing photo was shown in the upper part of the finder window looking for the missing file. This was very helpful during the search, Miss me ;(

• 'Photos is Missing' message in Lightroom after the deletion of the image files

  All my photos show the 'missing' message when I try to raise them.  Have you tried all the recommendations through the library, by clicking on the exclamation, etc..  Everything takes back me to my office whose photos have been imported originally, but have since been removed.  Any ideas?   I have 5.7.1, the update for which I just downloaded.

  Well Lightroom never stores the original image file in the catalog.

  It only stores the information on the w. (Rental, edicts, keywords, Labels etc) of the imported images

  If the original images have been deleted / moved that the images will go missing inside the Lightroom.

  I'm afraid that if you deleted the images, you will need to re import since the backup. If you still have a copy of the images.

• Photos are missing in icloud

  When I connect iCloud, that I don't see the photos that are actually on my iPad, which is old photos that I took and then deleted from the iPad due to lack of space are not there.  I paid additional storage space so that I would be able to store all my photos.  Removing them from the iPad I lose these pictures at all times?

  The library of iCloud is a synchronization service.

  It works as expected. When you delete a photo from your iPad, this deletion is synchronized to iCloud and vice versa.

  It is not designed to be a place that you move pictures to to free up space on your iPad.
