Photoshop 4.0 to Windows 8.1 migration
I have 5000 photos in Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 Windows XP en. I now migrates Windows 8.1
The catalog of Photoshop 4.0 is not compatible with Photoshop 13 catalog running Windows 8.1.
I cannot migrate a version of Photoshop.
I do not'm either managed to turn Photoshop 4.0 EN 'Windows XP Compatibility Mode' support from Microsoft see again me to Adobe.
How can I access my pictures in Windows 8.1?

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.
Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 is not compatible with Windows 7. You may be able to install it, but not all features will work.
Click here for a list of Adobe products that are compatible with Windows 7. It comes to the Adobe.com site.Photoshop Elements 8 does not seem to be compatible, the 32-bit and 64-bit. You may need to check the forums and Adobe's Web site.

Two years ago, I got on Amazon Photoshop elements 12 for Windows Vista which includes CameraRaw 8.0.

You have a special camera that pse 13 does not open the files from?
From photoshop elements on windows vista can only use up to camera raw 8.3 and I believe that the updater for pse 12 will be automatically updated on vista, a manual of installation

Adobe gave me the fire to download Photoshop elements 14 (PC, Windows 10). However, the following appeared McAfee: "the signature of Download_Adobe_Photoshop_Elements_14 .exe (Windows) is damaged or invalid", and the download failed.

I recently upgraded to Photoshop cc (2015) and Windows 10. Now I get error messages - "the extension of com.adobe.preview.loader could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.
When I try to open a dng file, it comes up with "could not complete your request because it is not the right type of doc. Now I have "expansion of libraries could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The program worked perfectly in the past.
I contacted Support Adobe this morning, and they were able to solve the problem. It was difficult.

Latest version of Photoshop CC fails on Windows 10
Hi, since update Photoshop CC in December, he started working very very bad... when switching between different tools, it becomes unresponsive for a few seconds (3-5 seconds)... If you press CTRL + ALT + DELETE to bring the the Task Manager to the top and immediately block it Photoshop wakes instantly... otherwise, you have to wait 3-5 seconds to start working again... I thought that it is Windows problem and so I formatted Windows 10 and did a clean install of it... but the problem remains so I guess that's something Photoshop as Adobe CC programs work very well and without any problems...
I have laptop Lenovo Y50-70 with Intel Core i7 CPU 4710HQ 2.50 GHz, 16 GB RAM, GeForce 860 M with 4 GB of Ram (with of course latest nVidia drivers)... so I guess it's not the worst machine to run Photoshop...
What can do since it is really annoying?

more funny is that when Photoshop stops, if you quickly hit CTRL + ALT + DEL to bring up the Task Manager and quickly press ESC to return to Photoshop it thaws it and Photoshop again become sensitive...

Try to run Photoshop with the SHIFT key is pressed and skip loading part tird plug-in and try to use the Board contact II. A version of plug-ins from third parties have been known to break Photoshop Scrippting.
