  You updated Lightroom to version 6.5? This is the version you need. What is the exact wording of the message you receive?

  Photoshop CS6 can not read my RAW (.) NEF files) when I try to download them from my new camera (d750) (via the card reader sd card). With my old camera (d700), files downloaded correctly. What should I do?

  Or stay with CS5 and use the free DNG Converter to convert all the D800 Raw files to DNG, and then edit the DNG in Bridge and Photoshop

  To export copies of your images that include any adjustments in Lightroom, you must use the export option that is on the menu. In the library module, there is an export button in the lower left corner of the screen of the interface. When you choose to EXPORT the export poster dialog box and allows you to set the number of options so that your exported images include all the features and settings that you want. You cannot use a function "save under" in Lightroom to save copies of your exported images or edited. You must use the export function.

  I have been using ADOBE for cs3 and I am currently using cs5.1 right now.

  I recently bought a new camera (Fuji XT-1) that my course photoshop and camera raw cannot read without converting my RAW files to dng files (which I don't want to!). My research on the Internet I discovered that I need the latest version of my creative suite to be able to do this. How can I go about it? Is it possible to upgrade or do I have to buy another creative suite all over again (I hope not because the cost of a whole new suite with the cost of the new camera would be a great success). I really hope that there is a method of upgrade, if so could you let me know where to and how much it would cost me.

  The Fuji X - T1 requires Adobe Camera Raw 8.4 or Lightroom 5.4.

  Devices supported by Adobe Camera Raw

  Adobe Camera Raw 8.4 was part of the release of Photoshop CC, is therefore not compatible with Photoshop CS5.1.

  Camera Raw plugin and Adobe application compatibility

  You have two choices that are available to you using Adobe software:

  1 pass for a creative cloud subscription and access the latest version of Photoshop.

  2. use Adobe's DNG Converter to convert your files in raw format from Fuji to the DNG format, which can then be opened with your current version of Photoshop and Adobe Camera Raw. Refer to the section "downloads" of this page:

  You can of course also use software Fuji to convert your raw files, or turn in JPG or TIFF format as an alternative.

• I can't read the FF27 mp3 files and I tried some help I can find.

  When I try to play an MP3 in FF27 I get a black screen that says:

  "The video cannot be read because the file is corrupted.

  The web console shows this:

  "Media resources http://tomwhelan.ca/commercial_2014.mp3 can't be decoded."

  Any ideas?

  From 26 of Firefox, Firefox on Windows XP will attempt to play media encoded MPEG as MP3s natively in the browser. This requires that the necessary components in your system, but they are perhaps not? To turn off the native player and return to the use of a plugin like Windows Media Player or QuickTime for this kind of media, you can make a change to the configuration under the covers. Here's how:

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste media and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) double-click the preference media.directshow.enabled from true to false.

  I don't know if this changes enter into force immediately or after you exit and then restart Firefox.

  Note to other readers: Windows XP uses DirectShow (DirectX). Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 uses Media Foundation to play natively coded MPEG media. It's a different setting.

• Why the Elements 9 can't read a large .wmv file that plays well in Windows Media Player?

  I don't understand why a video clip of 42 MB that looks perfectly crisp and clear and play 'out of the box' in Windows Media Player seems to blur and "pixelated" in items 9.  It also does not work smoothly, instead she jolts in the first seconds of the clip, then stops. I thought Elements 9 recognizes the characteristics of the file and allows you to adjust its settings to play automatically.  I didn't have to adjust anything in Windows Media Player, it just has played, so I thought that elements 9 would know how to display and play as well.  Is there something I need to do to address the Elements 9?

  Your video has a red line above it on your timeline? It is an indication that the segment must made. Press ENTER. The red line goes to the Green and your reading should be much closer to what your end result will look like.

  WMVs - especially hi-def WMVs - are not the best sources for Premiere Elements projects. WMVs are mainly broadcast formats.

  UTL_FILE isn't for treatment side server only.

  You could write files to a network share of UTL_FILE, but that's all.

  I suggest that you make sure that the files are converted to the Mp3 file format correctly and then try to play using Windows media player.

  I work at a dentist as dental educational videos, I was recommended to adobe Premiere pro! But now I've got my head around how to use it and most of my videos edited have been coded I find that the modified version has been expanded in an equitable manner that makes my videos look blurry and too close-up. I can't really see how to solve this problem, but all it; p would be widely accepted as I am in a block of total mind!

  When you make new project, you set the global settings for the entire project. From CS4, your next step may be to put in place the first sequence. With CS4, former global project settings were alleviated, that one can have (chronology) sequence settings that differ from each other. With CS5, there are two choices: this first sequence, choose a preset that corresponds to the sequence of 100%, even if they need to use the Preset Desktop, which allows for most settings to customize, OR we can choose to NOT set up this first sequence of configuration. Instead, they can import their sequences and just drag one of those to the new icon at the bottom of the project Panel, allow PrPro to create a new sequence, which corresponds to 100%. With your images, this is the method I would choose. That you will get a predefined sequence, which corresponds to your images, so no zoom-in images or black bands around it.

  LR6 should support for the A7Rii of Sony RAW files (.) ARW files).  Fix?

  Have you updated to Lightroom 6.1.1 least? This is what is needed for your camera.
