  Cc 2015 Photoshop text engine will not initialize. I've been running PS on a windows 10, 64-bit PCs since August with no problems. Now out of the blue, I can't type any text. I tried to delete the Cache of police CT and the * FontCache-* .dat files and have even uninstalled, rebooted, and then reinstalled photoshop. Nothing seems to work. Help, please!

  Yohanna thanks for the suggestions, but I discovered the problem. It's a font that was damaged. I removed the police, that I used extensively in the past, and now everything works as it should.

  Steps of my work:

  1. I checked to see if I could load a file already containing fonts that I could.
  2. I then tried to change the fonts in the file to see if I could change it to something else. When I could, I went down in my list of fonts to see how I could use.
  3. It has stopped working on a particular font that I then proceeded to delete and now it works fine.

  I hope this helps others who may have the same or similar issues.

  I've been twice now and change the text of Bradley Hand to the Blackboard to Helvetica Neue - which seemed to be the default. Message remains displayed. I don't know what else to do. This is my third book over the years, but the first with this problem. Can someone advise please?

  It is not a problem of fonts. It is the problem of the sample text entered by the models.

  The error message means that there is a text field in your book which is still on show at the text included by the model, and you will need to replace this text with your text. This textfield might be hidden behind a picture.

  If you create a preview of the book, such default text is omitted. Have you compared the preview of what you see in iPhoto? Text that shows in iPhoto, but not in the preview will be such default text.

  For example, the section 'Topic of this book' on the flap back in some themes is a default text that should be replaced by your own legend:

  I worked in InDesgin (currently the CS6 for Mac) for many years. I'm not an expert, but fairly well-versed and comfortable with the program. I think I know almost everything about the wrapping of text and its options and how it works. But it drives me crazy.

  I have an imported MSWord part of the text. I have an item I want to insert in the text. Normal procedure. Easy. But this text will NOT wrap around the object. What about other texts? Yes. Other text in the document wrap around that object even very well.

  I rebooted the computer and the program. Check the settings as much as I can think and even spruced up the document from scratch as a MS Word document. Yet, no film.

  This happened to someone? What is going on? Help.

  Check the options of text block for the text that will not wrap. Ignore text dresses it is checked?

  Interactives to go above the static elements. You can try to convert the text to a button, but I don't know if it will work in a PDF document.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

  I'm doing a book cover for someone.  I have a new computer, Microsoft 10 installed and I just upgraded to Photoshop CS6 Photoshop CC 2015.

  There is text on the back cover that I can't "justified force".  The icons are present but inactive.

  If they are grayed out, you clicked to create the text, which is the Point of text. Instead, drag the text tool to create a frame. Now, the buttons will be active. It work?

  That's when at the beginning of school, we got computers with all installed applications. My school subscribes to some of the software, such as Adobe Photoshop. The subscription applies Photoshop 2014. I did a free account on creative cloud and some time ago I've updated Photoshop CC and CC bridge to the 2015 software. Now when I try to open for example Photoshop it says that my free trail is complete. Other programs not updated (2014) still works. So I tried to downgrade to photoshop, it. The problem is that this still does not work, I still have Photoshop CC 2015. I contacted the school, but they have really no idea what to do. I hope you can help. I use mac.

  I'm having a problem with the new version of Photoshop 2015.5. 'The eye' on the layers will not work. An example is that I can add a curves layer. Make an adjustment. I can clearly see the adjustment that I just made. But when I click on the eye to activate the layer power on and off. Nothing happens...

  I tried this with other adjustments and layers of images as well.

  I can disable all layers and still nothing happens. The only way I was able to get the preview to update is to go to another file open in Photoshop and back. Of course not an ideal way to work.

  I have this problem in the new version. I am currently using Photoshop 2014 because of this problem and works fine.

  Any suggestions?

  Have you tried to reset your preferences? This solves a lot of weird problems.
