  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The program worked perfectly in the past.

  I contacted Support Adobe this morning, and they were able to solve the problem.  It was difficult.

  Before that I installed Photoshop CC 2015 in Windows Explorer (Win 7 64-bit) I could open a photo with Photoshop CC 2014.  Now, I am not gave the possibility to open the picture with Photoshop 2015.  I would add PS 2015 to the list of options without removing the current options.  Sometimes, I want to open the picture with the Windows Photo Viewer.

  PS CC 2015 reinstalling solved the problem.

  I use a wacom cintiq 24hd button and after I installed (upgrade) the latest version of photoshop, cc 2015.1, (Windows 8.1) a couple of touch gestures don't work as they should:

  Two fingers to pan and zoom (when using two fingers to or far away, to zoom in or out) works perfectly.

  The two fingers pan does not work: whenever I use this gesture (goes up, down, left or right) I work the photo/painting on shoots off the screen. I have to select the the hand icon and use the stylus to place it in the center of my screen;

  The two fingers of pan and rotation does not work.

  
  

  I have not had a problem using all these movements in photoshop before the recent update.

  Try the following steps:

  1. create a Notepad and type:

  # Use WinTab

  UseSystemStylus 0

  Save it as a text file named PSUserConfig.txt

  2. Open Run command and type appdata, and press ENTER key

  3. go to the location:

  Roaming - Adobe - Adobe Photoshop CC2015 - Adobe Photoshop CC2015 settings

  4. move the file PSUserConfig.txt to the folder settings Adobe Photoshop CC 2015

  Looks like a fairly common problem, but I can't get the "correction" to do something. New Photoshop CC 2015 installation, Windows 10. Lightroom installed and works very well. Cannot & reinstalled the C++ files, I reinstall PSCC after that too. Been put to update graphics drivers cleaned registry, ran as administrator, blah blah blah. Anyone got any ideas?

  Checked the update of .NET but already the latest version running (something 4.6.x I think).

  Seem to have solved the question now if - 2012 redistributable C++ do not seem to help but I fixed installations on the 2013 C++ files and everything seems to work properly. The link below for those who have a similar problem to try.

  When you select a color in the color with Photoshop CC 2015 selector window it keeps displaying a pop-up message "Could not complete your request because of a program error".

  I just found a way to solve the problem:

  Go to: Preferences > General > Reset preferences on Quit

  Then, quit Photoshop and re-open.

• Administrator mode break Photoshop CC 2015 Windows 10

  I've installed a plugin that required me to have the administrator rights for the folder of fonts, one thing is certain, ran photoshop as administrator.

  The problem?

  I could not open any files at all, or drag anything in Photoshop CC 2015, the only thing I can do is to create a new document.
  I thought that this could be a problem with the plugin, so I uninstalled the plugin.
  But running the program as administrator, even with the plugin uninstalled, gives me that circle with a bar indicating I can't drop files here, and I can't open any document at all.

  My windows 10 is freshly installed, legal copy of windows and Photoshop.

  It is a huge problem, any help is appreciated. Someone else has the same problem?

  Hello

  I am one of the developers of Fontea. (The PS plugin that you use)

  Fontea requires administrative privileges on the Windows PC to install fonts. To be clear. The dialog box that requests permissions has nothing to do with Photoshop. Permissions are changed for Fontea internal node server. (Essentially plugin to process that runs on the separate thread)

  As such, it is highly unlikely that install or use the plugin would have an effect on Photoshop itself or its ability to run in administrator mode.

  Even I can't help you with an administrator mode. Is there something you can do Fontea work without raising the plugin.

  You can change permissions of C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts folder to give Users Group a TOTAL CONTROL on this folder. If there is no Fonts file then just create one and give it permissions.

  Basically, it's what we do with elevated permissions. After you do this and then run Photoshop new Fontea will check if the file is writable, and if it is the administrator command prompt will be ignored and the plugin works normally.

  You can try in temporary folders. But usually when a program crashes, the file is not recoverable. Your only chance will be an AutoRecover file.

  If there is a recovery file, it is supposed to load when you start photoshop.
