  First of all, the article you link to is WRONG. Adobe do absolutely NOT 'free' CS2 - download of replacement is lawfully accessible to customers who have already owned a copy of the CS2 applications and could not reinstall them because the activation servers have been shut down. If you don't have a genuine license paid for CS2 back in the day, you are not allowed to use it. Period.

  In addition, CS2 is old. It was not designed to run on modern operating systems.

  You must have Dell Dock for your computer works correctly.  It's just a convenience tool that Dell put on their computers.  If you want a working version, you can download here

  Don't forget there is no other things that got corrupt however.  Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.
