  Well Yes... the Hub, pull up the switch left hub and switch to the account specific email (rather than the combined account HUB messages list). Then press on the top blue bar that has your account alias (that you created when you built the e-mail account). Scroll down the list until envoys and tap. You will be presented with a list from the server, all sent items that are currently in the folder on the server.

  This process may vary depending on your configuration (ActiveSync or IMAP or POP) e-mail account.

  It is supposed to be a new e-mail feature that allows to select "delete server and Blackberry.

  This is not the case on my Q10 which has all the new updates installed.

  I always get when I delete an email only "this will remove the selected item" without possibility to save it on the server.

  And beforehand to remove always clears all the emails from my server.

  I'm missing something!

  This features offered by OS 10.2.1.1925 and higher.

  In BlackBerry Hub, tap on three points at the bottom right, frame, display and action. Scroll down and set the field to "remove the ' setting. If you delete several emails, it will remove the server also.

  Directly, I don't think you can. According to how you have integrated your contacts, it could be simple or complicated. If you have used the recommended method to use an OTA service (e.g., Outlook.com, GMail, etc.) as the host of your contacts, synchronize your device, then these OTA services may very well have a facility to export you want. Or, if you've been synchronization via LINK to Office Outlook, you can export and then that. If you chose the more dangerous method to only use the device as a unique storage for your critical data platform, while the process is much more difficult... it comes to each synchronization configuration of Office Outlook and then export from there, synchronization with OTA service configuration and export from there , or by using the LINK and make a backup of your device, then find a 3rd party app PC that can translate the backup file owner on your PC for something you can use.

  Sorry to give you so many things, but not knowing the outcome of your configuration in multiple alternative paths.

  I recently left a company, and the e-mail account on my blackberry is with this company. The e-mail account is now inactive. I want to change the name of the e-mail account, but I don't have the password for the account. So BB continues to send messages to my non-existent account, giving me a new password, I can't access.

  If you are on 10.3.2.xxxx, then you will discover these credentials before you can continue... to go to an another BBID requires you to WIPE the device. But, to do this with 10.3.2.xxxx, you must first defeat the anti-theft function, which requires the entry of the existing credentials BBID. • Can BlackBerry Q10 I remove the gmail email account, but leave the contacts gmail and calendar?

  I want to remove the e-mail my HUB gmail account, but I don't want to delete gmail account entirely as I still want to synchronize calendar and contacts - most important. Is anyway to do this? To meet your quriosity I have configured domain with my google account, so I have e-mail account secondary which is the right domain address and rather, I use google address in my messages.

  Should be no problem. You may need to re-add the account from scratch and leave email calendar and contacts sync, but it should work as long as your GMail account is still valid.

• BlackBerry Q10 My BBQ10 deleted my photos and my videos!

  This is the second time that happens in 2 months!

  I take photos and videos with my Blackberry Q10. The next day, I take a quick glance: everything is removed! All that I've got are a couple of old photos and 3 photos transferred from my computer.

  All my videos are deleted.

  I have had no updates on my phone, I don't download anything new in the last few months.

  I'm not at full capacity on my phone... So, it does not remove himself because there is no more available space.

  The last time this happened, I deleted my music and it recharged. I found myself with duplicates of different songs (weird, right? Since I deleted the entire folder). After I deleted duplicates, all my reappreared photos and videos! MAGIC!

  It's a problem of contact with my SD card! Sometimes, the phone detects, sometimes is not

  I received my photos and videos - I immediately made a backup and now I go to the repair shop!

• BlackBerry Q10 sent items that appear in the Inbox of Blackberry

  I have a POP email setup on my Blackberry Q10.  Whenever I have email, it appears in my Inbox (with a check mark).  And YES, I assigned "Display Messages" to Off.  I even reset completely the Q10 without restoring from a backup, and added the e-mail account with the same question.

  It's an interesting test, I added a Gmail account and sent messages do not appear in my Inbox.

  How can I fix it?  What other setting besides that Show sent Messages can affect this.  I have no idea how to proceed from here.

  So, I just do a restore of my backup (the backup I took before I reset my unit because of this problem) and now all of a sudden the sent messages are being hidden.  If it works now, but there is some sort of bug here.

• BlackBerry Q10 Q10 deleting Email from my mail server, Email disappeared!

  It's new to my Blackberry experience.  It only happened on the "BOLD".

  Ofter when traveling on the road I clear my mails to my Q10, before you delete it.

  Emails have always been available from my laptop when I need to access.

  However, now, surprise me, when I delete e-mail from Q10, they are removed from my POP mail server

  So I lost some valuable email when I tried to use my laptop to get back them.

  What is happening here.  This is not good.

  Is there a setting to fix this?

  If you can follow simple instructions in this link, you can update your operating system and have the option to remove only on handheld or both.

  If you don't feel that you can follow these instructions or don't want you will have to wait for your operator to release the update.

  When / if they release... but only they can know. Apps are not "pulled" by BB... rather, they are "pushed" by the developer, which controls the entire process.
