  I suggest you please update Camera Raw 9.1.1: Camera Raw of Adobe Photoshop CC and CS6 Installer

  Once done, launch Photoshop and click Help > about plug-in > Camera Raw.

  And check the version of Camera Raw, you see there, it should be the most recent.

  I have been using Photoshop Elements 10 on my iMac for 2011 with no problems.  Today, I'm going to open and it does not open.  The only thing that appears is the title of the application in the upper left corner of the screen (see below).

  2 put the Mac OS software in the last update

  I thought to re - install the software, so I downloaded the installer from the Adobe website.

  Thanks for getting back to me.  I tried to download the drivers without result.  Then, I downloaded a trial version of items 14 to whom does not open due to a missing dll file.  I was able to find the dll file and install it and now my 13 elements opens fine. Thanks again for the quick response.

  My Photoshop does not open. The PC reacts as if its about to open Photoshop (mouse turns into a little loading circle, hard drive speeds up slightly, etc.), but then everything goes back to normal. No Photoshop. It even appears in the list of processes for a brief moment before disappearing again. West no error message.

  Note: I Don t know if it would help, but I had it installed in an old computer and it worked without problem. However, my burning motherboard. I couldn t uninstall photoshop before my motherboard replacement. Now, I m using a different material to front.

• Photoshop elements 12 does not opens only the Center 80 to 90% of my photos from a camera Canon Powershot G15.  No way to cure it?

  The operating system in Windows 7.

  I open the raw files in the raw converter of PSE 12.

  I resized photo in PSE of smaller size to make me see it whole frame located in the raw converter of PSE.  It does not agree.  I think I lose 5% of the original image on each edge.

  I open the raw files in PSE 12 of my Canon EOS T2i and I can see the whole photo in the raw converter.  No loss on the edges.

  I also loaded the raw converter supplied by Canon with the G15 camera.  Although I did not to one more than the small thumbnail views, it seems white lines on the long edges of the frames.  I suspect that the Canon converter will seize no more than the original photo.

  I can see the whole photo in the Picasa Viewer and have obtained jpg files with the whole picture using Picasa edit.

  There seems to be something on the files generated by the G15 camera that is causing this problem...

  Using trial versions of Lightroom and 11 elements, th bcommandement to 'Edit in Photoshop Elements 11' managed to open Photoshop but is unable to open the image. Any ideas?

  Perfect.  Simply choose the file from the editor instead of the elements when you configure additional editor.  You can find it in the folder of media files \Applications\Adobe Photoshop Elements 11\Support Adobe Photoshop elements Editor.app

  I spent a day with apple redefine their running system, uninstall Photoshop completely and re-install it reached place with same pop - up that I can not open Photoshop.I have tried everything it says also in the pop-up.

  They have me sent back to you to see if there is a workout with this product and how I can get this working ASAP.

  Thanks for the confirmation on the mail. The problem solved by deleting folders as mentioned on article ml https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/editor-does-not-start-error-mac-app-store.ht restart the computer and re-install PSE13 MAS build from the app store.

  When I try to open an image from a file storage with CC 2015 I get this error message: "among application components are missing from the Application directory.  Please reinstall the application.

  Can someone teach me how to reinstall the application, please?

  Open the Craetive Cloud desktop application and click on the small triangle pointed downward and select uninstall. Which is finished to reinstall this App even restart the computer between the two.

  Or try this link to download the program files and run the setup.exe or the PS.dmg if you are on a Mac.

  Open the the Task Manager on Photoshop.exe (s) and all end Prosess/task in all Users(Make check on show results from All users)

  Disconnect you, then cloud creative app

  Please restart your computer after

  Try resetting preferences PS :-hold key Alt, Ctrl, and shift keys at the start of PS and select Yes

  Try to open PS in disabled mode Plugin and check the same. To do this press SHIFT + PS icon and click Yes.

• Bridge does not open images in PS CC (or give an option), instead it will open in PS CS6

  In addition, I can't put PS CC by default using Windows 8. PS CC does not appear on the list when choosing the default settings for the types of files, etc. When in bridge, images open in PS CS6 and is not available as a choice CC PS when I right click and click 'Open with' (open with is not on the menu more.)

  There are two bridges - one for CS6 and one for CC.  Make sure that you are in the bridge CC.
