Photoshop elements 12 does not opens only the Center 80 to 90% of my photos from a camera Canon Powershot G15.  No way to cure it?

• Photoshop Elements 10 does not open on my Mac

  I have been using Photoshop Elements 10 on my iMac for 2011 with no problems.  Today, I'm going to open and it does not open.  The only thing that appears is the title of the application in the upper left corner of the screen (see below).

  

  Here's what I've tried so far:

  1. stop and restart the computer

  2 put the Mac OS software in the last update

  3. update of Adobe Flash

  4 closed and restarted the Application

  5. search for Photoshop Elements upgrades 10 (none)

  6 went to the Applications folder and created another shortcut on the desktop

  I thought to re - install the software, so I downloaded the installer from the Adobe website.

  Thanks for getting back to me.  I tried to download the drivers without result.  Then, I downloaded a trial version of items 14 to whom does not open due to a missing dll file.  I was able to find the dll file and install it and now my 13 elements opens fine. Thanks again for the quick response.

  You need to download the executable of complementary Extractor or use 7zip to extract manually the real installer contained in the archive.

  I can longer open Photoshop elements 13 on my iMac which works very well so far.

  I have attached the running system, that I have on the iMac and the running system according to the app store than 13 Photoshop is compatible with photoshop pop up

  I spent a day with apple redefine their running system, uninstall Photoshop completely and re-install it reached place with same pop - up that I can not open Photoshop.I have tried everything it says also in the pop-up.

  They have me sent back to you to see if there is a workout with this product and how I can get this working ASAP.

  I use Photoshop every day for my work and it took me a little far.

  Is there a fix here?

  Thanks for the confirmation on the mail. The problem solved by deleting folders as mentioned on article ml https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/editor-does-not-start-error-mac-app-store.ht restart the computer and re-install PSE13 MAS build from the app store.

  I just bought a Nikon D750 (July) and I am running a trial of Photoshop elements 13 for quick treatment, but even after the updates and updated RAW it will not open the NEF files, which is supposed to be supported?

  Thanks for your reply, I discovered the problem and it was an older version of Nikon Transfer installed, used with the old camera, updated for Nikon NX - i with Nikon Transfer 2 built in and the files are now transferred to the computer correctly.

  I have PSE 9 on my Mac for 18 months without any problem.

  Recently, I upgraded the boot to a larger drive that the original was running out of space. I used a standard drive, cloning tool, and all was well.

Try to restart once more the Editor while pressing command-shift-option, keeping the keys down until you see a window asking if you want to delete the settings file. You do. This almost always solves this problem; I don't know why it is not to help you. Using 10.7?

  You probably need to reinstall. Are you sure that's not available? Your download should always be available in the Mac App Store under "purchases".

  Apple has had problems with security certificate expired affecting all applications downloaded from the Mac App Store. Here's a solution that worked. Give it a try by following each step:

  I had the same problem on the Mavericks and your suggestion worked for me.  FYI, I deleted the items, empty trash, disconnected from the App Store, restarted the computer, signed in to the App Store, then downloaded items.  I use OS x 10.9.5 and 11 elements.  Hope this helps!

  I must add that when I try and open a file, it freezes and I have to force photoshop completely.

  Try resetting your Photoshop preferences.
