Photoshop CS5 economy and update problems
I have photoshop CS5 installed and after update of OS X El Capitan, the application closes when you try to "save under" of an open document.
CS5 is version 12.0
I tried several times to use the Update Manager to update to 12.4 but still, she leaves with a message to update failed and the following error message:
Update of Photoshop to Photoshop CS5 12.0.4
There was an error downloading this update. Quit and try again later. Error code: U43M1D207
I then tried to update manually
and after downloading the update and clicking on setup of patch I get this message:
"AdobePatchInstaller" is damaged and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image.
I tried to download several times with the same result.
I will note, the problems of savings showed only from El Capitan. I was unable to update in the previous versions of OS X, but I don't worry because it
seemed to be no problem operating up to now.
I just update to the latest version. Can anyone help with why the patchinstaller file does not open?
Thank you

Currently I have Photoshop CS5 standard and upgrade to CS5 Extended to get the 3D features. Is this possible, I don't see any CS5 update available? I tried to download a new trial as well, but my current operating system will not support, so I would stick with a version of CS5 that will allow me to work in 3D. What are my options?

Everything worked fine in CS3, and then all of a sudden I got this message from Photoshop: "an unexpected and unrecoverable problem has occurred because you don't have the necessary access privileges. Photoshop will now stop. "All my other CS3 apps (InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro are very good.)
Then... I turned off CS3, uninstalled everything with the software install and then hand has removed all files remaining from Adobe in the system and reinstalled. She accepted my serial number and all activated. Had the same message for Photoshop, but other applications are still working fine.
It's all the same serial number, all came in the same CS 3 package. HELP PLEASE! Thank you!
Well, I once more answering my own question after a couple of hours in chat with adobe support. So for all those who encounter this problem, here is how we solved. These files must be deleted:
~/Library
Preferences > com.adobe.Photoshop.plist.lockfileold
com.adobe.Photoshop.plist.lockfileold
com.adobe.Photoshopold.plist

I created a file in Photoshop CS5 (photo) and another in Illustrator CS5 (a graph) to place in my InDesign CS5 brochure. When Photoshop and Illustrator files are placed in InDesign, they seem blurry - read in InDesign, printed or saved in PDF format. Can someone give me some advice on how to fix this? Thank you!
View blurry in InDesign: choose View > display performance > high quality screen
Blurry printing InDesign: Choose file > print > graphics > Images > data send: all
Fuzzy in PDF format: fix above points first. make sure that the links are up-to-date; post a screenshot here your PDF export settings.

Photoshop CS5 opens and says "Adobe Photoshop CS5 has stopped working"
Hey guys... I hit this problem this evening after having tried for several hours open Adobe PS CS5.
Photoshop worked earlier today and I did no change on my PC since re-run the PS.
I am running Windows 7 Service Pack 1 64-bit
I tried pressing CTRL + SHIFT + ALT to delete the Adobe Photoshop settings without success.
I have restarted my computer several times.
I ran as administrator.
As far as I can tell he has something to do with KERNELBASE.dll
You are my last chance... Thank you!

Photoshop CS5 will not update Camera Raw CS5 won't open CR2 files in bridge
Canon's CR2 6 d files will not open in bridge. I also shoot with a Canon 50 d and all images imported very well from this camera.
I have also tried to update to photoshop CS5, but will not work. Say error whenever it load to 100%.
[Ask in the correct forum allows... Moved from non-technical Forum Lounge on deck forum... MOD]
To the 6 d, you need Camera Raw 7.3, which is available for CS6. You will need to use the free dng converter and save a version of Camera Raw 5.X to PS CS5 can open it.

Use the "Get Info" command in the Finder to unlock the file or change the permissions on the files or folders inclusive. "Can you tell me what to do to fix this? I went to get info and made changes to read and write, but it made no difference. Thanks for your help.

Is a codec 1.18 compatibile with Photoshop CS5.1 and Camera Raw 6.7?
I plan my buying a D7100 and want to understand the software updates required to process the raw files in Photoshop. My current software is: CS5.1, Camera Raw Photoshop is 6.7, 1.12 Codec and Windows 7. The Adobe website says I need to improve the codec to 1.18. I'm OK with that. But this codec works with versions of camera raw and Photoshop that I currently have?
I'm pretty sure that is not compulsory for camera raw to work adobe and yes I agree with your post 5, like the nikon d7100 camera raw files require camera raw 7.4 and
Since photoshop cs5 is only compatible for camera raw 6.7, photoshop cs5 will not open these d7100 files unless you use the 7.4 dng converter to convert your first
best to DNG files.
supported cameras and required versions of camera raw:

Or your could upgrade to photoshop cs6 or try lightroom 4.

Uninstall creative cloud and update problems
Hello
I'm running on an iMac with OS 10.10.3 and have had a subscription to Creative cloud for about a year and a half. I'm currently trying to upgrade to 2015 CC, but the update of the initial application stalls to 42%. Is no question that we I try everything first, they all stall.
I tried any disconnection and reboot with no luck.
I tried to uninstall by using the option "Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud" under the menu drop-down cloud creative applications. When I try this, I get the following message appears: "unable to d├⌐sinstaller the creative cloud to desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer in need. »
This led me to try to uninstall individual programs, to which I received this error: "unable to uninstall. Your uninstaller encountered errors. "with directions for restart and try again. It works no more.
Then I tried to run Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool, I never had to run even in the first place.
Finally, I tried to start the computer in safe mode and update applications in this way. Unfortunately, it does not either.
Outside you wipe the hard drive, I'm not sure what to try next.
Thanks again for your help.
Unfortunately, even as root, I was unable to get the cleanup tool to run.
I ended my boot disk to format and reinstall from scratch and everything seems to work now.
