  I just put my camera Nikon D90 for a D610.  I have been using Adobe Bridge to manage my pictures with the D90 and Camera Raw 6.3 to convert to use raw files in Photoshop CS5.  The new D610 wrote different raw files, so I've updated Camera Raw to the latest version (6.7.1) which is supposed to be compatible with the latest Nikon cameras.

  The D90 files always convert very well with Camera Raw 6.7.1 but cannot read the raw files of the D610.  Someone at - he saw no why not?

  You must have 8.3 beta version that works with CS6 and CC for D610.

  You should contact the Adobe Support via chat and ask them to reset your activation.  Do not use the term "entry" when you ask... it's something you do only once, 'activation' is what you need to do to get the software to work once you have installed.

  If you have only installed the software on one machine, your license you authorize to have enabled on both machines, so you should not contact the support at this stage, but if you do not want the additional activation to another machine as a backup, or for any other reason then you can certainly continue to reset.

  Hi Jeff,

  To make a long story short

  I managed to get access to the limited WARRANTY statement today after a long session with the customer. Confusion with the login resulted from the long period of time since the purchases and long-lost information. I was trying to login to LWS with my own personal login and not the original credentials are most well-known. When I logged on adobe.com with my personal login, he showed the 2 products saved on my account, so the confusion as to why I could not access the LWS.   So, with the discs original picked up from the office, I managed to install the Design Premium on my new computer. I guess that updates are no longer available, where to download the LWS is probably completely up to date with some bugs came after the media.

  That said, we decided to improve the Design Premium to CS6 and I expect an answer by e-mail on their part so I can complete the transaction.
