Could someone help me please on this issue? I don't exactly want to throw a few thousand dollars because Adobe can't help me to recover what I bought. While the customer service tries to help, I constantly me be given to a person who can't speak proper English, and it's very frustrating. Please advice.

  So I have Adobe Photoshop CS6 extended on Windows 10.
