  10 items works perfectly in Windows 10 for me. This does not mean that you will only get the error messages for the dll missing or similar. These problems can be solved, so if you receive a message, quote word for Word.

  I am running PSE 6 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit and it works perfectly and it was the same thing when you use Vista 64. But I made a new installation in both cases, since it is the best way to avoid problems by shifting the BONES. I tried an upgrade, but it gave me problems with Lightroom, but after a new installation that Lightroom also worked perfectly.

  So the answer is Yes, PSE 6 should work fine on Windows 7 64 bit.

  To add to what has been written, install programs as an administrator

  usually results in fewer problems. Regardless if the account has

  permissions administrative, should always right click on the installer and run as administrator.

  What you're saying, the problem must be something special on your computer.
