  I recently bought adobe photoshop and first 14 elements.  I started the download and gave only the windows 32 and 64 options I did not either.  I went online and downloaded the mac ox s and went to install and it says that my serial number is not valid.  Any suggestions

  Whenever I start Photoshop Elements I must decide the country or the region I want to use the PSE. I installed the PSE on my iMac, as well as on my MacBook. The problem only exists on my iMac; what went wrong and how can I fix this?

  Hi guys I'm new here, but it looks like you have a lot of people knowlagable here. Anyway this is.

  I brought the photoshop element 13 for windows by chance that I wanted it for a MAC, Adobe who have sorted out and gave me a new set of code for the MAC, but I do not see where or how do I install code etc. as none of the links in the old emails and not the most recent links of them confirming the change of Portal work, and if I go on my account to do my downloads there is only the one for Mac WINDOWS not...  Help...

  I have an old version of Photoshop Elements (8) for Mac. I installed this version 8 on an iMac and a Macbook.

  Can I also install version 13 (version 1 of the license) to use it on my iMac and Macbook and substitute?

  You are allowed to two activations. So yes, you can run PSE13 on iMac and laptop as long as your operating system is compatible with Mac OS X v10.8 or higher.

  It is always recommended to uninstall the old version of the software before installing the most recent if you won't use it.

  After uninstalling, you can go ahead and install the new version.

  I bought Photoshop elements for Windows/Mac 11. (I have a Mac) Then I downloaded the file and opened it to tell me that Mac cannot open a windows file.  I went back in and looked at the downloaded files and there were two files with different extensions.
