  You need to put an end to these two files: Autoanalyzer.exe and Dynamiclinkmanager of the process.

  Open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + SHIFT + ESC. Click the processes tab and look for the two processes and terminate it.

  Later, restart the installation.

When I click on the Photo or Video Editor editing in the PE13 homescreen, I get this message box: "Please do not run this application from this application package. On the other hand, it please run Adobe Photoshop elements 13... from your Applications folder. "But when I launch it from the applications folder I get the same message, and I can not open editing Photo or Video Editor.   first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.

  to find the OOBE:

  Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps

  Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB

  If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.

  If you use an installation dvd:

  Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.

  If you are using a mac:

  1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.

  2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the

  3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.

  4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.

  5 restart the installation.

  If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

  Hi Tyler, sorry you have trouble with it.

  Do you mean that you just buy CC and will not accomplish the command line - so that you are unable to screen to start downloads?

  You could try to enter another browser window: download Creative Cloud apps

  Or you can also use the Adobe CC 2014 direct download links instead.

  (You can do it or these things if your order is complete, because the products is still able to install in trial mode).

  Work around the intrusive screen by creating shortcuts on your desktop for the organizer and editor.  Use these icons to launch the program.

  Editor executable file is:

  and is executable by the organiser:

  My HP Photosmart Premium C410 works with all my apps except Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 - what is optimal for imaging program!  The printer is defintely selected by default.  However, there are two options available on the page 'print' of the EP, and they are very close - which may indicate a problem.  First on the drop-down list is "HP Photosmart Prem C410 series fax", while the second (which I chose it) is "HP Photosmart prem C410 series.  Whenever I try to print from PES, it starts the fax process...!  Someone at - it ideas - all advice gratefully received.

  Please try to rename the "HP Photosmart Premium C410 series Fax' in 'PS C410 Fax. You can substitute:

  Open "printers".

  Click with the right button on the HP Photosmart Premium Fax C410 series and selecting rename

  If it still loads the fax when you printer here are a few steps that we can try.
