  Uninstall Photoshop, as well as previous CS versions to avoid any interference with your current version. Adobe offers a tool to remove completely all the CS to your computer files.   Hi Lonesomedove,

  Please disable the graphics processor of the machine and then turn off in Lightroom preferences.

  Go to control panel > Open Device Manager > under the Display Adapter > search for graphics processor > right-click on it and disable it.

  Now open Lightroom

  Go to Lightroom preferences in the Edit menu

  Click the performance tab

  Deselect the graphics processor

  Restart Lightroom

  If the Lightroom works fine, then go back to Device Manager and activate the graphic processor.

  I had to call the help line to get a solution to this problem. Here is the fix for it if it happens to everyone. First close off Illustrator (which I assume you would if it freezes)... then at the top of the mac interface click on go / go to the folder... type in ~/Library and select go... Find preferences... Open Adobe Illustrator 19 parameters folder... Rename the file en_US en_US_Old... or en_US_1... then reopen Illustrator and it should open without problems less for you to set your working space all on again once.

  In the print menu, check "scale to fit media" under the Position and size of the device and then check out.

  If you want the area selected for printing, check "Print selected area" under the Position and size and specify the size.

  On windows:

  1. open Run (press windows + R)

  2. type %appdata%\protector.exe

  3. go to folder Roaming > Adobe > Photoshop cc 2015. Adobe Photoshop cc 2015 settings

  4 moved the (modified) Workspaces folder on the desktop and restart Photoshop

  On Mac

  1 go to the Menu Finder > go > go to folder

  2. tap ~/Library

  3 go to Preferences > settings of Adobe Photoshop CC 2015

  4. move the (modified) Workspaces folder on the desktop, and then restart the Psalm

  How do you create the new layer? Looks like you have a selection and use ctrl/cmd-J. If you have a choice and it is empty, you will get this error.

  Hello. Sorry for not to say before... In fact, I got rid of the problem. I just updated Windows 8 to 8.1 Windows so it was able to update the drivers to the latest versions. I hope it works for you!
