  Quick note giving clarification on the 2105.5.1 update: the error message that the OP has reported is inaccurate for the State. The update should simply fix the alert to note that it is impossible to open the file, instead of the misleading warning that a workspace cannot be applied.

  We did not all patches to open a file that fails intermittently. We have still not an understanding of root to the problem the OP has been run in.

  Select some photos in Lightroom CC, right click, "Edit In" > «Merge to HDR Pro in Photoshop...» ». Select 32-bit Mode, 'Tone in ACR', and... "Could not complete the command because of a program error". Every time. No indication of any other details (outside this wonderfully detailed error message). HDR work in 16 Bit Mode, but I prefer to work in 32 bits, for obvious reasons. The combination of three. Files CR2 to a Canon 50 d, which I did successfully many times, as recently as a couple of weeks.

  Uninstall/reinstall full of PS.

  -Reset the PS preferences.

  It is a problem with the Camera Raw plugin 9.5.  Until that a fix is released, the solution is to roll back to ACR 9.4 unless you have a camera that requires a 9.5 ACR.  Use the installer from 9.4 to roll back:

  I use Adobe Photoshop CS6 to edit a video. This is a file created in the past that contains small animations such as opacity and some transformations. The last time that I finished working with the file, everything was perfect and has worked flawlessly.

  I recently decided to open the file again to add an animated layer/chart. I added a text layer with a long string of numbers and a layer mask. The mask is not related to the text.

  When I animate the layer using 'turn' (the moving text, from one side to the other), a keyframe is created. The problem is that I can't scrub the timeline for a time before the last keyframe (including the first keyframe). When I try to do so, or when I simply click on the button to the beginning of the video, I get this error: "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

  I tried to remove a lot of the old layers to get rid of their animations, in which case it was a problem of resource memory or something and it doesn't work. I closed and restarted the PS, still without success.

  I FIXED IT :)

  I placed the text layer in its own folder. I then applied the layer mask in the folder, not the layer.

  The text layer anime now, the error does not occur.

  This shows that, at least on my system, Photoshop would allow me to animate the text layer if the layer itself had a mask that was not related to her.

  I looked around, a bit online, but have not been able to find a solution to this problem on one of the forums. I use Adobe Photoshop CC on a Windows 10 PC. Many positions using other versions of Photoshop or Mac instead of a PC. While I was trying to use the suggestions that they mentioned regardless of version or BONES, none of them seemed to work. I have had no problem blending of HDR photo using the PLC-> merge to HDR Pro tool, but it doesn't work now. I tried to reset the photoshop preferences, disable the "generator" and change the default printer in XPS writer, but none of these suggestions seem to help at all.   In one of the latest entries of Camera Raw, I saved a preset of a few parameters (parameters of export in XML format). These parameters have been updated with the xml format in the subdirectory camera raw. And what makes something for CR faild to load after that.
