  (minor for computers connected to the internet) only limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start) your cc programs, at most, two computers at a time.

This product has encountered a problem of license requiring that you start your computer.   If restarting does not help, contact adobe support.   The 150:30 error is a common problem that usually occurs during the recovery of a backup or transfer (instead of using installers) to another computer for Photoshop CS4.
