Photoshop takes forever to connect to the app, and then said: I do not have a subscription

I am under creative cloud behind a Proxy Cisco & Webfilter. I welcomed all Web sites through the webfilter with no scanning. It just keeps telling me that Photoshop is in trial mode, so I deleted the licenses of caching. And now I can sign in. It takes about 4-5 minutes to explode, then I said at trial, then I click on "software license", and he think for another 5 minutes and then told me that I don't have a subscription. If I login to my account administrators on this computer, it is enabled. My normal user is admin Local. I'm guessing that something is blocking the connection somewhere along the way. I've done all the troubleshooting on the help of activation site. I can do all the tests correctly.
