  Hi there - I have recently had a new office (mac) and downloaded creative Cloud immediately.  Photoshop updated and downloaded perfectly, but I'm having a problem getting bridge to open.  I clicked on update as well, and he is stuck saying "finish," and doesn't seem to change.  Whenever I try to open the app, I just get an error message.  Someone knows how to fix this?  I can't wait to use this big screen of my friends here for a photo editing and away from the screen of the little laptop, but I need bridge!

  Please, try the following steps:

  If your update errors are self induced, such as executing a system optimizer which removes files of Adobe applications, then a complete removal and reinstallation of software by suggestion of the Mylenium will solve your problems.

• I keep having problem with a CC (2015) Photoshop update of what I can do?

  I have been informed by the installer of office creative cloud what a new update of Photoshop CC (2015) is available but when I try to install it, I get "errors encountered during installation. (U44M1P7).

  In the Setup logs files, I found the following:

  I had this problem on a Windows PC.  Updates MAC had NO problem.  All other applications are updated on the Windows PC without problem.

  1. we tried to uninstall and do a fresh install... but it still does not work on the upgrade PhotoShop CC.

  2. we tried to run the update as an administrator on the machine and it did not change the error.

  3. we tried using the TWO creative Cloud Desktop Updater and ALSO the Action of PhotoShop Update.  Both failed with the same error.

  4. in the log files, it starts in failure the next point below.  After that... There are a lot of mistakes like this.

  It seems that I solved the problem by running uninstall of CS5. Although he had already disappeared, seems to have cleared up to updater CS6 issues.   I tried to use the text tool in Photoshop and I am able to select the tool, but as soon as I place the cursor on my document, I get a program error. From there on, I have to force quit the program out.   You must give us more information:

  -What system, what version of photoshop, the error message says, have you tried using a different font (maybe you have a corrupt font), you reset your tools, delete your preferences, etc.

• TimeCapsule firmware update error, now defunct

  I received notification of a firmware update for my TimeCapsule AirPort, then click it to start the update. He seems to have run the update and was himself reboot after the bar got to end state. He came back with a message 'update error occurred'. Now the airport is not at all in the AirPort Utility window. Tried unplugging the power at the airport to force a reboot. Tried the manual reset button, still not joy.ow I have a constant flashing orange.

  Now, it's just an amber flashes continuously. And nothgin all appear in AirPort Utility window.

  Have you pressed the button of reset for 1 second and then release?

  Do you have the reset button during 5-6 seconds and observe the led flashing quickly until you release the reset button?

  There are several threads under microsoft support for update errors and also videos to youtube even try, based on the specific error you get. I had a similar experience yesterday and I had to use system restore.
