  Hi there - I have recently had a new office (mac) and downloaded creative Cloud immediately.  Photoshop updated and downloaded perfectly, but I'm having a problem getting bridge to open.  I clicked on update as well, and he is stuck saying "finish," and doesn't seem to change.  Whenever I try to open the app, I just get an error message.  Someone knows how to fix this?  I can't wait to use this big screen of my friends here for a photo editing and away from the screen of the little laptop, but I need bridge!

  Please, try the following steps:

  1. uninstall the application Adobe CC of the machine (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)

  2 set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:

  a. / Library/Application Support /.

  (b) /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.

  3. restart the computer.

  As suggested, I've resorted to uninstall/reinstall Photoshop CC (2014) to solve the problem. It seems a bit of a sledge hammer approach, but it did not take too long.

  As for the original cause of the problem, it may be associated with the fact that I also have Photoshop elements 11 is installed. I was able to recreate a similar problem when you try to update bridge CC. During installation, the update has complained that "ElementsAutoAnalyzer" was in running and (once this had been arrested) the update was not recovered successfully. I think it's the same thing during the update of Photoshop CC. Strange that I've never had this problem before, though - it's just the latest update which caused the problem.

• U44M1P7 Photoshop update part of the creative cloud

  I had this problem on a Windows PC.  Updates MAC had NO problem.  All other applications are updated on the Windows PC without problem.

  1. we tried to uninstall and do a fresh install... but it still does not work on the upgrade PhotoShop CC.

  2. we tried to run the update as an administrator on the machine and it did not change the error.

  3. we tried using the TWO creative Cloud Desktop Updater and ALSO the Action of PhotoShop Update.  Both failed with the same error.

  4. in the log files, it starts in failure the next point below.  After that... There are a lot of mistakes like this.

• Photoshop updates keep failing without explanation.  Can someone help me with this!  I can't find any useful content anywhere on the web... or here.

  Got a new computer, Photoshop disabled on the former, then downloaded and activated without any problems on the new computer.  He checked automatically updates available, and when he finished treatment through them, he said that everything has failed.  He suggested the problem setting in the list, but there is no error code and no problems listed. I am at a loss...  Have tried both a download and it does not help.  Of course this doesn't seem to be a recurring problem with many versions of Photoshop, but I can't seem to find a viable solution to my problem.

  Usually updates fail on the CS3 to CS5 series because of an outdated Adobe Application Manager.

  After update 2015.1, I have a big hollow and stalls in performance.

  My macbook pro freezes for 5-15 seconds before returning to normal. Photoshop crashes, it just freezes, I can get some huge spikes in activity monitor just after what is happening.

  During a 7-8 hour work day, its happens about 4 times

  Does anyone else know this?

• Photoshop update is now marked as a period of "Trial".

  Yesterday, I've updated my old version CC with Lightroom and Photoshop today. I have the beam of photography, which contains both of these programs. Lightroom is fine, but Photoshop won't open and is marked as a 30 day trial, whether it should be the same as Lightroom. an updated version. I tried to do a system restore and Ps still remained as a trial, somehow.

  Would it because I need to renew my annual payment for the bundle? I think that if that were the case, would not work to Lightroom, and that I would have received a notification of annual renewal, specifically.
