• Photosmart all-in - One 7520: new driver for Mac El Capitan in a 7520

  I installed my OS from Mac to El Capitan (10,11) 2 days.

  Have the camera HP Photosmart all-in-One 7520.  The printer driver will only up to Mountain Lion (10.6).  The printer works, but the scanner does not work.

  I had Geek Squad go through everything on computer, looking for latest info on your site, etc.  Conclusion: Need new driver for the scanner compatible with El Capitan.

  Is a new driver in preparation?  I would like to know as soon as it is available, because I scan a lot of information every week.

  Can anyone help?  I lost printer drivers on my computer portable 64-bit of Windows 8.  Use the HP Wizard to reinstall. Think that the wizard has downloaded "PS_AIO_02_NetWired_Full_Win_WW_140_408.exe".  After 15 minutes (?) to run the process of death.  Have tried this several times.  The last lines of the reading of HPPIWLog.log:

  Hello.  Thanks for the reply.  For some reason, the download of the driver 'PS_AIO_02_NetWired_Full_Win_WW_140_408.exe' has not worked for me.  It's one that I've tried at least three times.

  But the problem was solved by finding which, in my view, is the Microsoft driver for a C6200 printer.  That installs quickly and seems to have solved the problem.

  Found the driver C6200 by going to control panel, click Add a printer, click on Windows Update, clicked on HP and clicked on "HP Photosmart series C6200 '.    Worked for me.

  I understand that you cannot print or scan with your HP Officejet Pro 8500 a909g on Mac OS X 10.10.3 Yosemite to. And I'm happy to see it for you!

  To verify that your printer hardware is functional, you are able to make copies of the scanner glass? Copy of a multi-page Original.

  If you are able to copy, then I recommend to install this driver, HP v3.1 for OS X printer drivers, which is the only driver I know for this printer on Mac OS X 10.10.3 available.   HP does not have a driver for the J4580. It seems the error, you see that you may not be able to fax from the computer. However, you can print what you want fax and fax directly from the computer.

• Photo (4 x 6) tray works more (hp C6280) - drivers for mac 10.6

  My photos print very well since the photo tray.  But now they have not.  I have put all this - as I can determine - in Page layout and in the pilot under 'Type of paper/quality' - 'summary' even said that the image is sent to the photo tray.  But then, the printer prints from the main drawer anyway.  I did several times.  Interestingly, though I have put in place for 4 x 6, when you select "Photo tray" sometimes the driver says that "the photo tray doesn't manage the page size requested" - or words to that effect.  Heck, it's a 4 x 6 Board and always USED to print correctly.

  The only thing that happened is that I recently had a total crash and had to re - format and restore everything from my backup Time Machine.  In case that was the problem when this failure to print arrived today, I downloaded and installed the drivers freshly on the HP site.  But the problem persists.

  I understand that you encounter some problems printing 4 x 6 on the Mac 10.6 C6280. It might be possible when the installation of the operating system of the time Machine program occurred printing software are corrupt.

  I understand that you have 10.5 and try using the Photosmart 6520. The only suggestion I can make is probably not ideal, but you could send what you want to print from the computer to the printer.

  Each printer HP ePrint compatible, such as the 6520, has its own unique e-mail address. After you have enabled HP ePrint on HP ePrint-enabled printer, you can print from your mobile device or connected to the network by sending an email to the email address of your HP printer. With HP ePrint, you can print from anywhere, at any time. If you can send an email, you can use HP ePrint.

  This introductory text and more information, can be found in the following Document from HP, ePrint, specifications.

  As mentioned. It is probably not ideal, it really depends on what you plan to do. If it is convenient for you as a work around so mission accomplished, we found a solution, if not...  The only other options would be to consider to resume the printer and getting another model that is compatible with 10.5 or upgrade the operating system so that Mac can allow an upgrade to 10.6.

  I know that you would not go, but you might want to consider treating yourself, there are a few available Mac nice shiney new.
