  You have given no details or the indication of the error messages. Nobody is going to begin to guess what might be your problem.

  A good start would be to post your Thunderbird troubleshooting info, so people could have a starting point.

  From the Help menu select troubleshooting information.
  Make sure to disable the mailbox account names include so no personal data is displayed.
  Now, click on copy text to the Clipboard.
  Come back here and paste this info into a response window.

  Go to add ons page and sort for manual sorting folder. It allows you to reorganize the folders pane.

  The lock icon indicates that this account uses a secure connection. You don't want to remove it.

  Microsoft Picture It Platinum Edition 2001 installs, but when I try to use it it stops. Did the same thing in XpSP2 Compatibility Mode or ME / 2000.

• I have a basic problem w / email windows & Vista

  I'm not having luck with Windows Vista at all. Recurring problems & everyday, it does not recognize my internet connections so need to back constantly.  At the moment I am unable to do something as simple as creating a group in the Windows email. I use the help, but the example help is any format I see.  Example: you can add a group to my email & there is no comparible toolbar.  I don't see "Add to Contacts or add a new group" & can't find where he was going. I didn't chance since the purchase of my Window XP vs Vista because there too many weird oddities & am very unhappy with him. I feel almost there need availability 24/7 technician home because I cannot fix anything on my own & never had any problem with XP!
