  Your BB10 device must be enabled on a server (Blackberry Enterprise Service) BES10 in order to have some balance BB.  It is not available otherwise.  If you are on a BES10 service from your company, see scientists responsible and let them know that it does not work on your device.

  "A wireless connection with the mixture, use the file manager, hold Media Card - Photos - 'Shift' or ' Ctrl ' key - select thumbnails - right-click - Save slot - selecting a folder on the pc and save them.

  Hi, I just got my z10 and transferred the former bb data. Everything seems fine except for my SMS. I have a list of SMS unread in the Inbox, but they are all empty. When I scroll down, I get complete messages with the body of the TEXT as a conversation. I wonder if I delete empty entries, would I be deleted the real SMS. Why these empty SMS are here first.

  UN-do Facebook and LinkedIn contacts go into Contacts and slide from the top.  Select settings and changing of Facebook and LinkedIn to turn off, then return to contacts.

  Unfortunately, I can't recommend 3rd party applications, but I would try to check in the BlackBerry World.

• BlackBerry Blackberry World film Z10 is not displayed in mode landscape on the projector

  I followed the steps to preview (with the intention of renting) a movie (SkyFall) via Blackberry World

  1. I have connected my Z10 for my projector (Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 8350) via micro-HDMI port

  2. the movie preview appears correctly (in landscape mode) on the Z10 but it appears Potrait of the projector mode (title by an angle of 90 degrees higher than a normal landscape mode). I tried to use the Rotation lock, but that did not help.

  This seems to be a fault as when I look at my home made movie via a maker of projects it correctly the movie landscape on the projector and my Z10.

  It is affecting the publishing service (and will result in the loss of revenue for Blackberry) and issue of IMO that should put you out a patch for this problem as soon as possible. If you have a screen sharing session, I'll be more than happy to have a. If you want pictures of what it looks like on the projector, I'll be more than happy to provide those.

  Additional features that can help...

  -While the film is presented, there should be a possibility to tilt/reverse the image which is projected to the projector via the micro-HDMI port - this will help you control the projections of film on the projector.

  Can anyone tell me why when I connect my Z10 to BB-link and download videos from my phone I get no picture or video? (Sound / Audio only). I don't have problems to upload photos, no erros when I drag and drop the videos, but whenever I try to watch the recordings on my computer I have that sound.   Since the last version of the software to update, Blackberry App world on my phone will not work.  I open it and it tries to load but never beyond this stage.  I pulled the battery to see if it can help, but still no luck.  I can't remove it because it is part of the new OS 10.  Any information would be appreciated.

  If my daughter wanted to try my old z10, except that I gave it to my daughter who has been put in place in this regard. Girl 2 was a great work of z30. Girl 1 was a q10 I booted up the z10 and wiped.   Hello and welcome to the community!

  From what you report, the device must be at the level of 10.3.2.xxxx OS, which includes protection against theft of Government mandated function. Therefore, there is only a process appropriate to separate the association between the BBID and device:

  1. Complete the initial configuration, using some credentials that are last BBID successfully on the device
  2. On the device, initiate a security WIPE, again entering the same credentials BBID
     • Spare - first of all, on the device, turn off BB Protect, entering these same credentials BBID, then initiate the security WIPE
  3. When ERASING is completed, you can use/create a different BBID with the device

  Only this exact sequence can succeed... nothing else. Any deviation, insertion of additional steps, removing steps, etc. cancels the procedure.

  I think it's the only way. With the former Office Manager could install all the drivers for the Manager of BB, but I don't think that is the case with BB10.

  As long as you have OS 10.2.1 you shod, be able to do this.

  Before you download Amazon App Store. Go to settings - App Manager, select Installer Apps. To turn on the Apps allow other Sources to be installed.

  Then you can download Amazon App Store. Once Amazon App Store is installed, go to the file manager, navigate to the downloaded file, hold your finger on it, when the parameters appear select install to the device. After what the App Store is displayed on the device.

  Once you have downloaded the App Stores and installed on the phone. You can start downloading Apps from them. When you do. You must make the same way that app stores have been installed.

  Do you hear, an original BlackBerry operating system?  If so, all files of the OS in the link above are original BlackBerry OS Autoloaders.  There is no such thing as a BONE not original.  It simply not load because there must be signed before BlackBerry files they load on the phone.

  Do you mean the original version number came with your phone?  It depends on when and where you guessed it.  You are the first owner?  If you got 2 years ago, then the original OS was probably a version 10.0 or 10.1.  If you've got 6 months ago, he's probably with 10.2.1.
