If my daughter wanted to try my old z10, except that I gave it to my daughter who has been put in place in this regard. Girl 2 was a great work of z30. Girl 1 was a q10 I booted up the z10 and wiped. From what you report, the device must be at the level of 10.3.2.xxxx OS, which includes protection against theft of Government mandated function. Therefore, there is only a process appropriate to separate the association between the BBID and device:

Complete the initial configuration, using some credentials that are last BBID successfully on the device
On the device, initiate a security WIPE, again entering the same credentials BBID
- Spare - first of all, on the device, turn off BB Protect, entering these same credentials BBID, then initiate the security WIPE
When ERASING is completed, you can use/create a different BBID with the device

Only this exact sequence can succeed... nothing else. Any deviation, insertion of additional steps, removing steps, etc. cancels the procedure.

Your BB10 device must be enabled on a server (Blackberry Enterprise Service) BES10 in order to have some balance BB. It is not available otherwise. If you are on a BES10 service from your company, see scientists responsible and let them know that it does not work on your device.

New to this site and Blackberry, just recently bought my first Blackberry Q10 with a provision on the qwerty keyboard, as I live in northern Sweden.

However as BIS is not necessary for the Q10, I use a regular provider with 3-4 G connection, and everything works fine, except that I can't open BBM, it says BlackBerry cannot connect to the server, no data of Blackberry.

And what I discovered it should work on a regular data plan, so is there something in the settings or is this feature not available in this country (Sweden)?

The only way to solve this is to get the question back, through your provider for BlackBerry to investigate the AXIS of the device. For some reason any BB infrastructure is not see it.

At the moment there is no way to delete only on the handheld. The Q10 and Z10 devices are true e-mail clients, different from the old system BIS that letting us know. Removal of your handheld will remove from the server.

You should consider the different models and submodels (for example, there are 4 variations of the Z10) to determine the characteristics of radio frequency technology / device. Then you must watch the carrier you want to operate on and determine if your specific device is compatible with their network or not. For example, if you choose a device variant which is not a CDMA radio inside, then it is impossible to use it on a CDMA support. Similarly the LTE and the support of the frequency bands. Your device must be compatible with your operator, otherwise the function is impossible.

Yesterday, I was prompted to upgrade my software Blackberry Q10.

I have this FEAR every time. My phone is out of combat for hours (the last time that it was almost a day!) or something goes terribly wrong!

Yesterday, my 'Hub' decided that he was not going to load. As a last resort, I had to pull the battery. Then, I had no access to emails, texts. Battery fired again. E-mail, text returned, all wiped THE Contacts! I am a independent and it is a disaster.

You are trying to add my Contacts again tonight - at least the numbers I know - and now they do not save.

@blackberryhelp do not take into account of my Tweets. Can anyone help? I have quite high and on the point of the evolution of phones.

BlackBerry Q10 incoming call number display only - no name

I have the new Q10 and I accept that there will be bugs and problems with the new machines.

However, I have a very annoying problem I was hoping someone could help.

As I get calls, they sometimes appear as numbers only, not the actual name of the contacts.

It seems that this happens only with local numbers (no international calls from abroad) and not all the time.

The numbers are correctly in contacts, and this was not a problem with the previous blackberries (I got all the first seince)

I uninstalled all the unwanted (Facebook, Tweeter and other programs of social networks)

Contacts are stored in Outlook on my computer.

I use an e-mail system to normal (no gmail, hotmail, or such) based company server using a standard POP3 incoming sever.

The e-mail function seems to work very well.

Any ideas would be useful.
