  It seems that the date and time that you would normally see on your lock screen not displayed once you upgrade to iOS 9.2. I would start by quitting the application settings:

  1. press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used.
  2. slide to the left to find the application you want to close.
  3. push upward on the overview of the application to close.

  When you have done that reboot the device and test again the question:

  Hello.  I tried the suggestions that have been posted already, but they do not work.

  I just got my new laptop Windows 8 yesterday and I put the picture of lock screen to another.  However, whenever I turn on the computer is turned off, the image comes back to the default photo of Seattle.

  What you see is by design.

  Defining a custom lock screen is a specific option of the user. These options are not applied until you connect with a specific user account.

  The custom lock screen picture will not display that you connect to the computer.

  Once you log in, press the Windows key + L to display the lock screen and you should see your custom image.

  You can not. However, I'm not sure why you think it's a privacy or security threat. The only thing that can be accessed without unlocking the phone is the camera to take pictures. No one can access your data already on the phone.

  Press the "x" to remove the message from the lock screen. There is no way to 'delete' a message from the lock screen. Deleting messages can be done in the Messages application.

  So my iPhone 6 has been left for about 5 hours and I woke up and it was hot. Applications went so quickly I them all turned off and turned my phone off, so it can cool. 10 minutes later, when it got cooler, I opened it again and there was a transparent box with an arrow circle at the bottom that I can not click and it read: "ESO; The brotherhood of darkness"on the lock screen.   Have you tried a forced restart (by building and maintaining home and power until the Apple appears then release buttons to finish to start)? Have you tried to restore from a back to the top? Restore like new?

  Edit: it occurs to me that you can also have suggested active apps. Settings > general > transfer & suggested Applications. Cut the two settings and see if that makes a difference.

  Have you considered simply use Touch ID?  In this way, it wouldn't even matter if you could see your lock screen.  Just push the "home" button and then tap your finger on the home button and your iPhone will unlock.

  Periodically (about once a week), when I try to unlock my iPhone 6 (iOS 9.2.1) there an unknown message on the gray lock screen that indicates

  ' To receive your password to send a message to [email protected]" (Russian transliteration).

  But the iphone is not really blocked and I can unlock it with my password (after drag this message to the right).

  Don't try to drag the icon of the lock screen camera to take a picture - the gliding camera icon, but I left with just the display of the home screen - access no camera.

  Camera works fine when the code lock is entered and access camera... just no access to the camera of the lock screen.

  Try quitting applications: Double click on the Home button and the sliding of the application for each open application preview page

  Force reboot: press and hold the sleep/wake and Home buttons and do not let go until the screen darkens and the Apple logo appears (no data is lost)

• Several new icons on lock screen wallpaper

  My Mini2 iPad with iOS 9.2 shows three icons not identified on the bottom of the lock screen, as shown below. They are in the lower left corner, Center, above the drag bar, & bottom right behind the camera corner. I disabled the Apps suggested, but this has no effect.  These icons are not sensitive to the touch or make slide and disappear once the screen is unlocked. See all these?

  So how are they here, and what applications of functions do belong to?  How are they useful for me?

  Looks like they have been added to the screen used for the lock screen background image. Try to change your lock screen background and see if the icons disappear.

  Settings > wallpaper > choose a new wallpaper
