  Hi Justin,

  I'm sure you know, the new taskbar in Windows 7 axes of apps.  Individual files or locations within these applications cannot be pinned as their own icon, but rather as options in the shortcut (right-click) of their parent icon list.
  With Internet Explorer 9, this functionality has been extended to allow Web sites to pin to the taskbar.  Note that there is a fine difference between site and Web page.  You can pin the whole site but not the pages of this site.  Similar to an icon for PowerPoint, then lots of different PowerPoint files on this right click on the list of shortcuts.
  An alternative is to create shortcuts to the pages and make them appear on the icon in the toolbar to IE.  To create a shortcut (rather than a "pin site"), you need to right click on an empty spot in the Web page and choose "create shortcut".  You will be asked if you want to place on your desktop, click Yes.   Then drag the new shortcut to your taskbar to pin it.

• Pinned object goes behind the images and the text when scrolling

  Hey guys,.

  Im having a problem with my pinned Center the menu at the top of my page. Whenever I scroll to the top, the menu goes behind the images and the texts that are underneath. I tried to fixed by sending the menu at the top layer (arrange > send up), but nothing helped.

  How I fixed it?

  Hello

  You have the Menu added to the master page? If yes then in order to resolve this problem you must add the Menu separately to all pages.

  Master page items may be brought forward on the pages. You can use cut and paste in place function paste the Menu on all pages separately.

  I have a few concerns and questions about the sensitive features in the new update.

  1. when the user completes the form and resize the window to an another breaking point, the information previously entered in the form disappears and must start all over again. Is - this standard?

  2. on a Galaxy Note 5, sensitive available is not as it should be and behaves strangely. Content pinned Center seem to have pushed to the left. Also, the user can pinch to zoom and see dead space on the right side of the page as if its mobile width is not locked. (As seen in the attached picture).

  EDIT: I've added two more screenshots (supported my safari desktop browser), a muse exported site (read locally) and the other is the same exported project (available online). Point of view online is not as it should be (note the way in which the text is shifted to the left and the footer is in the middle of the page). Help

  

  

  Good well well after working hours, I was able to solve the problems of 2/3.

  1. I put all the text boxes shifted to 'stretch to the width of the browser' and in the text editing module, add margins so that they do not touch the edge of the window on the mobile display. For objects that could not stretch to the width of the browser, I put in is not resized and disabled the setting that made them move in what concerns the middle left or right, I then placed a little to the right to compensate for their offbeat left original position (as seen in the original screenshots).

  2 resized the footer to 0px (by dragging the footer margin all the way to the bottom of the page) and deleted all the items of the and just placed the items you want in the footer at the bottom of the master page.

  3. I still can't understand why when you visit the Web site on a mobile device, the content of the site doesn't lock not in mobile layout and the user should always be able to pinch to zoom in and see dead space to the right of the content of the site.

  I have problems to remove a pin code. I read that by activating a PIN (Center is black), then clicking on enter/return it would remove. This does not work for me. I use a MAC and LR 2.7.

  No, you have to press the delete key. Return will disable the adjustment just as if you were confirm any changes to its values.

• Text the PIN in the center of the image when using fluid width

  I have a some problems pasting blocks of text for the picture frames when you use layout fluid width.

  What I want is to have three images side by side and a text centered on each photo.

  When my browser window resizing pictures fit perfectly, but the text does not follow.

  I tried to classify, but it does not help.

• Since its installation in Firefox 20.0.1. There is a box in the center of my screen titled progress install with a bar running below the Green progression.

  Since the installation of Firefox 20.0.1. on my MS Windows 7 Toshiba Laptop there was a box in the center of my screen titled "progress install < with a bar running below green growth."
  Firefox 20.0.1 (FF) works very well and I can drag the box of progress on my screen to my heart's content. Although there no small cross at the top right I can get rid of him by my mouse over the icon (ff), pinned to taskbar program in hover. This gives me a box of progress of installation with small cross, click and his party. That is until I got close and restart (ff) and back it comes in the middle of the screen. I tried to get rid of it through CTRL-ALT-DEL Task Manager, but even once, it reappears on start up (FF) I also stripped (ff) of my machine, once using widows uninstall/change of MS program features and for the second time by using third-party software as soon as I reinstall (ff) new same old problem.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

• Upgrading RAM in HP Media Center PC m7277c

  I have an old HP Media Center PC m7277c with 2 sticks of 512 MB/DDR2 SD RAM. BIOS shows that there are 4 banks of memory - 1 and 3 are busy. I would like the 512 the scrap and upgrade to 4 sticks of 1 GB. My question - my system will support DDR3? If so, standard DDR3 sticks will fit in the slots of the HP box?

  Hello:

  You can install 4 x 1 GB memory PC2-5300 or PC2-6400 (6400 memory will only run at 667 MHz).

  DDR, DDR2, and DDR3 memory modules are not interchangeable.

  They run on different voltages and have a different amount of pins.

  The slots of each type are cut in different places to prevent us from short-circuiting the chip memory or motherboard by installing the wrong type DDR memory.

  I read your post on your PC not start and I wanted to help.

  I wish I got good news for you, but I did not, as it sounds a bit like the hard drive has failed, what is to be expected if this PC XP - era still has the original drive.

  We have a few troubleshooting steps to test the drive but they only work on recent PC.

  What could work is by pressing ESC, or F1 or F2, when you start to see if one of these enter you a Setup screen, and if they do, choose to run the diagnostics from there to go to disk.

  If the drive has failed, there is bad news (sorry!) -in that HP long leaves Jersey recovery media for XP - era machines, so there is nothing you can order from HP to restore your PC to a new drive.

  Given that HP no longer provides a recovery media for your model, a few other sites, you should check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/

  And if not enough bad news, I guess that the hard drive in your XP machine has something known as an IDE interface.  You can tell by looking at the back of the car where the data cable connects.  If it is a large flat cable (about 2 inches wide) and there are a bunch of small pins where it connects on the disc, then it IS an IDE drive and those who are practically impossible to find, as the industry player opted for SATA disks making a few years back.

  Sorry... but it's time to think seriously to switch to a newer PC.

  I recommend you contact the nearest authorized service provider.

• HP Envy: HP Envy Log with pad touch screen PIN

  How can I get the touchpad to reappear so that I can connect with my PIN? He disappeared without warning. I tried to go into the center of the unit, but I saw no option for the keyboard.

  I think that I had a similar problem with my HP spectrum x 360 13-4132ng, Windows 64-bit 10.
  
  The connection with touchscreen and the PIN is possible but sometimes (often), when I click on the input box to the PIN on the login screen, the PIN-keyboard is displayed for one second, but immediately disappears again. I start the laptop and lift my finger on the touch screen (so that users are visible). Then, I am able to enter my PIN code with the keyboard. But the problem is that it takes about 10 seconds (5-20) to get the keyboard screen appear. I tap on the box with my finger, so that the virtual keyboard (with numbers only) appears, but then half a second later, the keyboard screen disappears again. After trying this several times (tapping in 3 to 10 times the input box), on-screen keyboard, finally, is displayed.

• m1070n media center power problem

  I am running XP Pro on an HP m1070n media center & is no longer powers upward. I checked the power supply & it tests OK. I noticed that when I plug the cable of 12 volt 4-pin on the motherboard that the power supply light turns off and stays off. If I let the 12-volt cable disconnected and the power led remains lit on the back of the computer. What is a bad mother or some other hardware problem? I've changed most of the things inside a computer, but never a motherboard. I have thousands of photos of family on this computer & must try & recover. Should I consider the delivery back to HP for service (which I think would be very costly), or it would be easy enough to simply buy a new computer & recover photos to a new system (for example, Windows 7)?    Thanks for reading this.

  Given the age of this 'July 5, 2004', I wouldn't recommend giving it at the service of HP.  It will not be worth the cost.  If "thousands of family photos on this computer" are on the hard drive, then who can be saved.  The issue "it would be easy enough to simply buy a new computer & recover photos to a new system (for example, Windows 7)?   Yes I can't answer for Windows 8, but I guess it's just as easy.  Just get a these: http://www.amazon.com/Drive-Adapter-Converter-Optical-External/dp/B001OORMVQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1359482606&sr=8-3&keywords=USB+3.5+hard+drive+adapter

  This is first time I am doing data acquisition and the BNC-2110 present can be connected to PCI-6010. How to make a Board for it?

  I'm not sure what you mean by "some"; The BNC-2120 exposes all channels HAVE and AO on connector 0 of a standard feature of E, M or X series.

  • Eight BNC connectors are for eight differential channels of I. For example, for the BNC connector labeled 'I 0', the Center connects to the 'I 0' pine and the outside connects to pin 'HAVE 8'. (The BNC-2120 probably would not be a good choice for someone who wanted to use the channels in unbalanced mode).
  
  
  • Other two is for the analog output; the centres are ' AO 0' and 'AO 1' and transmissions are related to "AO GND".
  
  
  • There is another connector BNC for PFI 0; all other PFI (with the exception of the 10, 11 and 15) are broken down as screw terminals.
  
  
  • Other BNC connectors connect what either directly (the unit is powered by the + 5V line but otherwise works autonomously, and the "user defined signals' are connected to terminals to adjacent screws).

  It seems like it wouldn't be difficult to have a cable that was going on a PCI-6010 the 37 pins on the connector 68 pins on the BNC-2120. I'm a little curious as to why we do not have one. Possible reasons off the top of my head which may explain why not:

  • cards PFI/description would be a mistake (for example, on a series of E/M/X ' CTR 0 SRC "PFI 8; on the 6010 is PFI 0.)

  • Confusion about being able to connect to other devices that we sell with connector d - SUB 37 pin, but who do not use a compatible pinout (for example, the PCI-6239, PCI-6510 or the NI 9237). Here again, a PCI-6703 also uses a 68 connector pins, but has a completely incompatible pinout as well.

  • Ten for PFI/digital lines. Outers will connect to GND D.

  Up to a maximum of 29. You want maybe less, depending on your application.
