  My company uses IE 7 as their standard browser within the company. I'm developing an extranet application so that the public can access information about my company. As the APEX supports IE and Firefox, the application must appear the same in both versions. Everything seems fine except for the buttons. The buttons in my applications if displays correctly in IE 7 but it appears incorrectly in Firefox 3.5.5.

  I'll put in place the menu button in again after you configure the menu in Photoshop

  and for some reason, that activate and select button is different that the other 5 buttons in the Menu color set the colors that appear on the odd button are not yet in the Menu color set as a choice

  I tried several times without success

  The group is the same on all (= 1)

  any ideas on what this could be?

  The menu buttons appear fine in preview mode, but as soon as I download on Business Catalyst all going PEAR - buttons decrease in size and change position!

  I tried everything I can think of, including the re-doing the menu from scratch and upload whenever I make a change. Whenever I duplicate the menu on another page is when the problem occurs, but as I said that's no problem at all in preview mode browser.

  I've been clicking since the menu buttons and a few times, but always without strangely shaped or placed images.

  I think you can be assured that this is just a bug in your browser, probably some old picture caching that is too persistent to get deleted automatically. Refresh your page or clear the cache of your browser manually. That could help.

  I'm trying the menu that appears when a menu button is enabled in the style menu bar. I am able to style the menu bar and menu button in the action bar very well.

  I was completely unable to style the MenuItem or container here when they are indicated. I have dug through CSS of the skin of the Caspian Sea, but was unable to find out what anyone who specifically the. I tried to substitute the values of the ContextMenu, Menu, menu button and MenuItem that is located in the Caspian Sea, but nothing seemed to affect this menu.

  The menu is clearly inconsistent with the menu system, so why am I unable to style it?

  Isn't this possible? It will be possible in the future?

  Thank you for answer two. Unfortunately, what was proposed was not enough to solve the problem by itself. I didn't know that .menu - the point has had a child of .label who could bear the title, but that alone was not enough to correct the problem.

  Fortunately, Uluk Biy on StackOverflow.com was able to answer the question. He stressed that wanted me the property - fx-skin. I realize that I did not provide enough information here for users to come to this conclusion, so I wanted to thank you for helping with the little information you had.

  It seems that, once I've added the property - fx-skin .context-menu, I am able to style menus.

• Cannot access the page customize or see the menu button!

  I had two modules different twitter (Twitbin and App Twitter). The first was one that I enabled again, because I wanted to see if it has improved for some time. After restarting my browser, however, most of my toolbars have been on different parameters. I managed to get my bookmarks toolbar, showing once again. However, now:
  -I can click on "Customize" under the tools, but the page appears empty (if any)
  -the orange "firefox" button at the top left disappeared
  -menu button (three horizontal lines) disappeared

  In addition, restarting somehow messed up my manager's Session module. It lists my tabs/windows have saved, but they never load.

  I searched everywhere, but have not found any real answers (page customize and SM have been the most frustrating of all this). I completely remove the add-on twitter, I chose not to use, but it changed nothing about how it was.

  To reset Firefox, perform the following steps:

  For Firefox versions prior to 29,0:

  1. Go to Firefox > help > troubleshooting information.
  2. Click on the "Reset Firefox" line

  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is finished, it will display a window with the imported information. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox opens with all the default settings applied.

  For Firefox 29,0 and above:

     and select troubleshooting information. Now, should open a new tab containing your troubleshooting information.

  FireFox 4 will not display the Menu buttons on my site (they should be contained in the image on the left of the page)

  Safari 4 and 5

  The foregoing all display this site correctly

  This page could use some cleanup code. There is an endless sequences with a lot of useless repeating code. It seems that the HTML parser is unable to deal with this code and that it is renouncing sometime. I do not see images in the Source view selection and in tools > Page Info > Media. Shows HTTP headers, it is retrieved from the server.

  Hi, the button can be in 'other tools and features' in the section Customize the menu. If so, you can drag it to a location of your choice. If it is not visible, try clicking on Restore Defaults - more information - controls customize Firefox, buttons, and toolbars.

  You also bring up history by pressing Ctrl + H. Or you can bring up the menu bar (History tab) temporarily by pressing Alt, or if you want to stay there all the time, then right-click in the tab bar (but not on a tab) and a tick/check bar menu.

• I can't see the menu button to work

  I'm using Firefox on Linux Mint 13 Maya. For some reason, good number of buttons in Firefox (not on Web pages but FireFox itself) do not meet the mouse clicks. I tried the safe mode, refresh/restore and uninstall/reboot/reinstall. Still the same problem.
  I have a hard time to access the settings, because the menu button is one who "depresses", but does not respond to mouse clicks.
  Also, I can not activate or deactivate the plugins because of the same problem.

  After trying more than things I want to try to enumerate. I think I have a solution.

  I installed the cinnamon desktop environment and disconnected then connected after choosing the cinnamon and the problem disappeared.

  I don't know why I suddenly started having the problem in xfce, because FireFox was working very well in it and my system was a little more sensitive to use.

  It works and I can go back to using FIrefox as my main browser.

• Problems of blackBerry Smartphones with the BBkey (also known as the menu button)

  Sometimes when I'm in an application and want to click on one of the list of the menu items (for example, delete), when I click on the menu button, which appears are some of the icons on the home page.  (I'm really tired of looking at this little Penguin...).  If I persist, I can usually get the pop-up menu option, but it's boring.  I'm sure it's a software problem.  I had this problem after a while on my first lap.  I had to replace the one because of other problems.  I used the switch device Wizard to transfer everything, so I guess he also transferred everything that is causing this issue.

  Everyone knows about this problem?  Any ideas on what to do?  I don't want to reinstall the OS - I'd rather upward with the problem.  Thank you.

  The BBKey/Menu button has two functions.

  (1) to bring up a context menu of the application, you are

  (2) to bring up the Ribbon app-switcher (a list of all your applications in the course of execution so that you can change quickly from a different application...)

  The difference is how long you hold down the key. For 1, it is a support and quick release. For 2, it is down. Sometimes it gets bad, but with practice, you'll be able to get what you want most of the time (not 100% but... I always get a wrong result sometimes).

• Effect of bevel on the menu buttons is displayed is not on all pages

  I have setup some simple buttons for our website (www.rencayusa.com) with effects of bevel and shadow for different States. The menu buttons are set up on the master page and the master page is linked to the five pages on the current site. The bevel effect seems to come and go depending on what page you look at, and I don't know if it's a bug or something that I did not put right. Any suggestions for a fix or a place to start looking?

  Have you tried to create a blank page with this teacher? If the buttons work on the blank, it could be something on the 'Products' pages and 'Contact us' which breaks the CSS.

  I'm trying to use the native menu on my asus transform (android 3.2).

  With honeycomb devices, Menu button appears only when necessary (not like android 2 devices). With the Air application, menu button doesn't appear. I have try on tour of flex. Menu is always here, but not used. I try devgirl example, button does not appear. I think it's a bug of Air3 (submitted Bug https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-31768).

• ActionScript 2 question: the Menu buttons not being endangered

  Hey everyone, I'm an intern who has been invited to take on a flash project. I have knowledge of HTML, but it's my first flash project, and I think that I am way over my head. I followed a tutorial explaining how to make the menu buttons and I realized that the ActionScript for a menu drop-down should work for what I'm trying to do.  So I finally have everything I want, but I'm sure I've lost some code in there.  Now, my problem is when I play my flash and move my mouse really fast on the flash object sometimes two menu buttons appear. I'm sure it's because of the ._alpha > 0 code that I use, but I don't know another way around it. If you have any advice please!
