Plan of the creative cloud photography

Hello! I got a message from creative cloud saying my creative photography plan (annual) cloud has been exceeded. Why? I pay every month. Is this due to an update that does not?

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Sign out of your account of cloud... Restart your computer... Connect to your paid account of cloud
