Hello! I got a message from creative cloud saying my creative photography plan (annual) cloud has been exceeded. Why? I pay every month. Is this due to an update that does not?

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I tried to load my version of Photoshop 6, lying on a new laptop and the Creative Director of cloud loaded and interfered with my use of this program. Also... I have a Creative cloud photography Plan (CC of Photoshop Lightroom). There a serial number for registration? Because I have received no series by mail, but it works well! And he never asks me to activate with a serial number. I just pay monthly Plan.
