• BlackBerry Smartphones new owner without data Plan Questions

  This is my first post here, yesterday I received my new BB Curve 8900 from T-Mobile. I spent some time playing with the phone yesterday and of course I have a few questions.

  I chose to do not to get the data plan from T-Mobile for two reasons. One, I don't have many friends with BB if I wouldn't get many people to BBM. Second, I don't have much of a need for e-mail and internet while I travel. For me, the cost of the data plan doesn't make sense.

  That being said, it is possible to access his mail without the data plan (via wifi)? I know that I can't do 'BB Push' and is not a problem, but on my old phone (Nokia E71) I could just set the phone with my email accounts and access it using the WiFi at school or at home. I was able to get the BB browser to access my home wi - fi so I could go to the Web sites, but no luck with the e-mail. I guess I could use the email by logging in on the site of my school or AOL/GMail.com, but seems very not. Is it possible to do this, or perhaps there is an app that I could use to receive email via Wi - Fi?

  I read a lot of posts on here talking about how BB is "paralyzed" without the data plan, but honestly I don't know if a few hundred extra dollars a year is justifiable.

  It looks more like a problem with the size of the data and related statistics.  (It may be simply the outdated statistics on dev).

  In the production of a larger data NDX20 index on its own looks too expensive to the optimizer so it combines this with the index of ndx32 to avoid visiting the table.

  The first step to study the problem would be to check if the estimated row counts are realistic for individual systems, and then to determine if the data cluster for the production system is much better than Oracle think it is - if yes, then (for newer versions) affecting the preference of table 'table made of blocks cached' a realistic value can help ( https://jonathanlewis.wordpress.com/2015/11/02/clustering_factor-4/ ). If all else fails and the dev is good then allusion and capture of a Plan SQL database may be required.

  We have improved our app from planning to 11.1.2.2.500 and after having applied and restarted the services I'm not able to open planning applications i.e. all planning applications are greyed out when I'm not able to do something, so when I bump on this application, I get the following error Description: invalid or the configuration of the module 'HyperionPlanning.planning' is not found. After you apply the patches I so restarted and began to all services, so do we need to do anything for the planning your application?

  Are you sure you don't need to do a reconfiguration of the planning? I think also there is a tmp directory, you need to delete, somewhere under the domains folder.

  For 11.1.2.2, there is also a patch.600/602 which is more stable. It is perhaps a better patch level to go to.

• Synchronize the beetween HSS and planning question

  We had a problem on the server HSS and we cannot restore file OpenLdap.
  We had to re-create groups on HSS, but these groups are not synchronized with the planning groups (I guess that different SID)
  
  Do you know if the UpdateUsers utility I synchronize SID between HSS and planing?
  If this is not the case, do you think I can change the SID directly in the tables of HSS or repository of planning so that the two will be the same?

• Creating Application planning question

  I uninstalled the planning and the same reinstalled on windows 2003 server and to configure it with success. I created a
  schema for an application in oracle 10g. Using the classic application wizard, I could create an application [FinBud]. Saved in the planning of the web and be able to see the application which I just created the log on screen. But I'm unable to log into the web inorder to create the databases in essbase. Its gives an error otherwise unable to find essbase. Same I restarted the essbase server. Please suggest where I'm wrong. Also, please suggest where I can find the info of the error, I checked the folder logs but that no information. Please advice

  Just a quick intro. I cut and edited my video in PR and to apply effects to some files in my calendar, in EI. I imported my PR AE fine project, but when I saw it (hit SPACEBAR) there first runs very slowly, then stays black until I have start to hide some of the adjustment layers, titles etc. It shows no my correction of color, text, and effects that are essential to my video.

  What is the best way to change certain parts of my PR calendar, cut videos, throw away them first, then return to PR in the main sequence so I can export outside with minimal data loss, please?

  The best way to put a clip in a timeline of Premiere Pro in AE for the treatment of the effects depends on the shooting. For the simple things, you can click right to your or clips in Premiere Pro and select "replace with after Composition Effects. AE will open and create a model of the clips. If your effects of work are quite simple complete you your work effects in After Effects and then get back to Premiere Pro and continue editing. If the effects involve work more complex as Warp stabilizing or extended keying and compositing, you'll want to probably add some handles to the shooting and then restore your AE for a Production Format DI (digital intermediate) work and replace shooting in the Premiere Pro sequence. Leaving a stabilized Warp or extensive and made intensive effects turned a direct dynamic project of the AE bound still works, but on most systems you will save time in the long term if you make and replace. I use both methods of almost every day.

  As Mylenium says, before arriving off in your project, you need to give a serious After Effects training. I've been using and After Effects of teaching for 20 years and I've never met anyone who could open with success comes AE for the first time and successfully and effectively anything more to add a layer of a sudden text, so that most of them have polluted up to make this hit single.   Yes the vcpus of a vm vcpu double (or quad) will always work on different processors so single CPU or different nuclei of base if the multi-core CPU.

  Suppose you have a dual quad core cpu with Hyperthreading available - so you will have 2 hearts of physical processors 2 x 4 CPU - with hyperthreading not enabaled you will have 8 logical processors - physical = 8 logical processors - with active hyperthreading, you are now 16 logical processors - 2 physical x 4 x 2 Hyperthreaded cores.
