• USB MTP device drivers will not properly install for Samsung Galaxy S3 - Windows will not synchronize Galaxy S3 for computer

  Windows will not synchronize Galaxy S3 synchronizes a mobile computer.  When I attach USB cable the computer flashes added new hardware, but when you click the icon it goes in loops.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers in Kies and always the same problem.  All other cell phones synced to computer, including the Samsung Galaxy S3 but my iPhone no matter what I do.  When I open Kies and connect the USB cable there is no reconition of the cell phone.  I've seen a Code 31 error appear in good devices.

  The latest version is ver.v1.4.6.0 out June 19, 2012.

  I recommend you to please update the USB drivers on your computer and check if it helps.

• Play memories for Mac after update A6000 Firmware V1.20

  After sucessuflly firmware V1.2 update, I downloaded the memories of playing for Mac software. The download seems to work very well. But when I open the program, it would not. The symbol of loading (spinning wheel) keep spining and locked the Mac. I had to force quit to exit the program.

  May I ask if the problem persists after restarting the computer? What is the version of your OS? If you use the Mac OS X 10.10 and above, I recommend to uninstall the software and the driver loader download before reinstalling.

  NOTE: After you download the loader driver, restart the computer before reinstalling the software Home PlayMemories .

  I have samsung tab with android 4.2.2 internet explorer and google chrome 3 galaxy. I installed the last version archived for android 4. Successful installation but still does not. What should I do? Thank you very much.

  There is no more Flash Player for Android and there will be another. The version of Android you have is no longer comaptible with Flash Player. Flash content playback is very non-rational processor and it drains your battery, also shorten the life of it. Android (Google) recommended "The Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to display Flash content with a motive under Android. They are both free in the GooglePlay store. These browsers use the rendering of the 'server-side' to reduce the load on the device.

• Synchronization PC for Samsung Galaxy 3 Note

  I cannot set up my account in Firefox, no 'codes' or the audit have been sent to me. There is no option to "Sync settings" on my Firefox PC Menu. There is no "set up sync" option on my Firefox app on android.

  The audit is sent after your registration. Given that the account is already fixed, is there nothing more to do. If it does not sync, please check the synchronization options to see if it says automatic synchronization must be enabled.
