  Method 1:

  Try Internet optimization. Clear the data cache in Internet Explorer.

  If you are using Internet Explorer, try resetting Internet explorer. Follow the below given steps:

  If the steps above do not correct the problem, you may need to uninstall all updates for JAVA you have on your system.
