• DVD playback stops on Satellite A100

  I have an A100 - model No. PSAAKKC - VA104C - which is loaded with Vista Home Basic and included Intervideo WinDVD for Toshiba B06.108 v8.0.

  When I play DVD they begin OK but after about a minute or two, playback stops and then starts, stops repeatedly. Program information page shows 1 GB of memory even though I've updated to 2 GB.

  Anyone got any ideas?

  Do you have this problem only with WinDVD or other applications like VLC or Media Player too?

  I think you should do an update of WinDVD. I searched on the site of Toshiba Canada but I didn t find updates for WinDVD.
  Search the site European Internet and the search for the Satellite A100. There is an update available and it should also work with your model.

  I ' v tried checking device in the Device Manager, it appears as properly installed and a sound test is attempted it says that it is used by another device.

  When the problem arises, I go to the Device Manager and do a right click on the device, then I click where it says 'Search the hardware changes' and then it starts working again, but for 5-10 minutes. Tops.

  1. What is the brand and model of the PC?

  2. are you aware of any hardware or software of the PC prior to this problem?

  3. is there another audio device connected to the system?

  This happens usually if the audio output settings are incorrect or if another audio device is attached to the system such as a complement for the audio card.

  Kindly, follow these methods and check if that helps.

  Method 1:
  Similar issues were corrected by restarting the Windows Audio service.

  Follow these steps:

  a. press the Windows key + R, type run and press Enter.

  b. type services.msc and press ENTER.

  c. scroll to find Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder services.

  d. do a right click and Properties, stop and start the services.

  e. click on apply and OK.

  Check the result.

  Method 2:
  You can turn on the speakerphone as default output device and check the result.
  Follow these steps:

  a. press the Windows key + X, choose CControl Panel.
  b. click on the its, a new window will open.
  (c) in the new window, click the read tab.
  d. right-click on the speakers and select set as default.

  f. click apply and OK.
  Check if it helps.

• Playback stops with the mouse outside EP

  I want to playback of a clip in the PE-8. Well, this isn't the problem. I have to just press the play button.

  The problem is this: as soon as I click my mouse outside PE or my keyboard playback stops. It's really annoying because I like to write comments in a document while I'm looking at my own pace.

  Any suggestions?

  The two Adobe video editing programs will be reading, when they have developed. There are feature requests to change this behavior, but so far, Adobe did not change.

• Continuous playback stop

  Using the trial version... is there a time limit on projects?
  
  I can slide 11 and playback stops. If I press the button in the preview, it goes to the next slide. From there, some slides automatically go to the next slide, some stop and I have to go forward.
  
  I recorded in demonstration mode. It's all there, I just can't get to preview or publish so it will play all the way through.

• iOS 10 video playback stops working until you restart

  I have an iPad Mini retina, and since the upgrade to iOS 10.0.01, a short period of use causes videos to stop working.

  Videos in Safari, Chrome, YouTube etc. appear in the cache (saturated with progress on the top bar), but no response to play. The first image of a video appears, but only in the form of static image. I am able to change the static image displayed by rubbing them at any point in the video, but playback will not occur.

  The only thing that allows video playback is again restart the device (apps force closing, locking and unlocking etc. doesn't help).

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I understand from your post that you're having trouble playing videos on your iPad mini; the video will start but will be stuck as a single image, as if the buffering and never take back (at least until you restart). I mainly use my iPad for watching videos, so I know it's important that they play in fact; I'm happy to help you!

  I have some troubleshooting I can offer to you. Before you begin, create a backup of your iPad using iCloud or iTunes, following the instructions here: How to back up your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

  Once you have your backup, try the following steps, in order. A video test after each step and will stop when the problem is resolved.

  1. Make sure your iOS software is up-to-date. In the last week, iOS 10.0.2 came out. Use the following article to get help update: update the iOS on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software
  2. If this happens on a Wi - Fi connection, try restarting the network you are using from the router or the modem (if possible). If it is a private (for example, your home network) WiFi network, try to remove all the devices on the network, then by simply adding your iPad in return.
  3. Try a different network.
  4. Reset the network settings on your iPad under settings > general > reset > reset network settings. This will affect all personal data (like your photos, contacts, calendar of events, etc.) but it will remove saved passwords, and Wi - Fi networks one previously used settings APN or VPN and all paired Bluetooth device.
  5. Restore your iPad settings, following the steps described here: use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to factory settings

     Once the restore is complete, configure the iPad as a new device (i.e. without using the backup that you created earlier, at least temporarily). You can sign in iCloud, iTunes and App Store, iMessage and FaceTime with your Apple ID test then a video.

     If the problem is resolved, you can restore your backup by the information here: restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup

  From one day to the next video (youtube, Vimeo, etc) stopped not working in Firefox. I checked my plugins/addons and discovered the plugin Adobe "primetime content decryption module" which I had not noticed previously had been installed. I've disabled the plugin and found that the video playback was still functional.

  I realize the Primetime plugin is intended to facilitate playback of certain content (DRM), which would not otherwise play with Silverlight/Flash plugins, but unless that I turn it off it's actually prevents me from normal video content playback.

  As this is a Firefox/Adobe plugin suggested I prefer it to work as expected rather than disable/remove it.

  A quick update to my problem noted above (maybe I should try this first)

  I ACTIVATED the plugin once more see if it would cause video playback yet, but everything seems to be ok now (IE, Primetime plugin is activated and all videos play normally)

• Playback stops in Premiere Pro CS6

  Well, it's hard to believe, but the first Pro CS6 will not playback of any file/codec in the Viewer window, or in the editing window.  What happens is that I press the room (or area) and the video will play for near 1 second.  After that, it will stop.  It does not matter whether the file is DV, XDCAM or mp4.

  This happened to me in the past on an iMac, but I uninstalled Premiere Pro and re-installed.  Now that the iMac works fine with Premiere Pro.  I tried the same process on three MacPros and it will not fix the problem.  Anyone had similar problems and how do you solve problems?

  I know these are the MacPro 1,1.  I think it's the 2.66 GHz D. Core Xeon 5150 x 2 (Quad Core).  All three are under Snow Leopard.

  This solution is indeed solve my problem.  The key, you MUST be logged in as an administrator user.  If you do this under a different name, it will not solve the problem (I tried first).

• playback stops at the end of 15-20 images

  It is a problem that I also in cs4.  I hit the space bar, after about 15-20 executives it stops.  Looking at CPU utilization Task Manager goes from about 4% to 100%, then playback will stop.

  The system is a dual core to intel clocked at 2.13 I think.  Had 4 GB of memory now up to 8 GB.  a system drive 150 gig and an array of raid 0 600 gig disc double for ongoing work.  Long term storage is on usb drives.  System slot to xp sp3 now windows 7 x 64.  Just upgraded to a new card video card from nvidia.

  System also has the intensity of black magic.  Problem started quite awhile before the recent updates.  If the processor rest less than 100% system works very well.  Load in some effects and bang 100% cpu and it stops.  Does not seem any type of file.  I use video (avi type 2) dv or hdv.  As long as I'm less than 100%, it works fine.  Hit 100% and stops.  I could understand if the carrots are both 100, but why stop stuttering?

  Motherboard is an intel dg965wh.  Audio is what made system, a built-in audio usb audio and audio of black magic.  Another bug annoying if the blackmagic card is set as the video output, which is the only p [audio lace going little matter that hardware parameters.]

  I am short of brilliant and stupid ideas at this point and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Ignoring the intensity for a second card, if you run organization alone, this symptom is usually one of two possibilities:

  -bad display drivers (don't assume that Win7 will download the good, go get the 197.x drivers penalized since the nVidia site)

  -bad sound drivers.  If you have the 'right' drivers for your system, try to download the game "Asio4All" (googled around on this forum for other posts on this topic).

  I would probably remove the intensity map & uninstall its drivers, troubleshoot it above, then when he's not playing correctly, add the intensity map.  The card is the other factor that could play in this (for example, their own options driver sound could be the trigger here), but I'm not sure what to offer for suggestions black magic troubleshooting.

• Music on iOs 9.2 playback stops when the phone goes to sleep

  I get a lot of e-mail music files.  I used to be able to read the files, leave email and use other functions, and could still play music.  Now when I go out of the enamel, the music stops when I upgraded to 9.2

  So, I listen to music from an e-mail and hung up and when the phone "goes to sleep" music station.  It didn't happen before 9.2.

  Please fix this.

• The external speakers with bluetooth audio playback stops working after 20 minutes

  I have a weird problem with bluetooth audio on my Acer Aspire 7600U. I have a bar of his JBL SB200 with support bluetooth and when I'm playing audio to it from my laptop (Sony Vaio) or my phone (Nokia Lumia) it works fine. But during audio playback of the IOA, the soundbar goes off after about 20 minutes in the middle of a song with such as Spotify. I suspect it's something different with the Aspire AIO bluetooth adapter which does not sound bar to stay on. No idea why? Does anyone else have this problem?

  I have now solved. It's another computer, I had who took control of bluetooth speakers every now and then...

  I'm having a bit of a hairy problem - * ANY * video streaming, whether it be HTML5 or Flash stops after a number of seconds (rare) seemingly random.  YouTube, I sometimes get a buffer wheel to turn constantly, sometimes nothing.  On Facebook or other sites, nothing happens - freeze just a video.  Internet high speed or bandwidth is not a problem - 50/50 FiOS here.  Sound œuvres until frost.

  I tried to download videos in FLV Downloader, but when I look in the Media Player, they slow down until they are very bad after a period similar to the streaming video.  His work sometimes until the downturn, sometimes does not at all.  VLC plays the video at the right speed, but without the sound.

  I tried deleting and re-installing flash player, run a restore point when the video was working and all the other stuff I tried, but nothing worked and I'm stuck.  I have no idea how to solve this problem.  It happened randomly yesterday (apparently).

  If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate a helping hand.  I am a student that takes about half of its classes online, so without flash or HTML5 video, I'm in all sorts of trouble.

  * edit * on a whim, I just open Spotify to see if that would work.  No bone.  Nothing plays.  Not at all.  The music does not play in Media Player, (local or streaming)

  Well, it seems I solved the question - I have no idea why this is happening.  I have a Logitech G35 Headset.  Sometimes when I restart Windows, I get sound out of it (usually noticed during a Skype call).  If I unplug and re - connect the headset, everything is hunky-dory with the sound and Skype.

  I just had to do, and when I did, all the videos and other media began to work very well.

  I'm cursed confused.

  I have two machines that have suddenly begun to severe lag problems, in the middle of a big project.  I'm unable to change boundaries almost AT ALL at this point, with dates.

  When the timeline, scouring or listening to the video from any Panel in Premiere CS6, the video stops for at least 5 seconds.  In this case at least every 15 seconds, sometimes 2 or three times in 15 seconds, it is impossible to edit.  This happens with video HDV as well as the SD everything was fine until about a week ago, by using the same files, same projects

  Here are my system specs:

  Windows 7

  Service Pack 1

  CPU Intel 2 Duo

  3.17 GHz

  4.00 GB RAM

  64-bit operating system

  Graphics NVIDIA Quadro 4000 card

  Retouching images of internal drive

  OK, I get it.  This machine is underpowered, but I had no problem before a week or two ago, and I'm having the same problem with several machines in our office.

  Things I've tried:

  Restore to day 6.0.3

  Restore to day 6.0.0

  Uninstalled all Master Collection, verification of delete preferences

  Used Adobe cleaner

  Reinstalled CS6 disk 6.0.0 first no update

  System wiped, reinstalled Windows

  Reinstalled first CS6

  Switched to an another NVIDIA Quadro 4000 graphics cards

  Update graphics card drivers

  Remove first preferences

  Tested on secondary machine with pictures SD, same result

  C: 63 GB of free space

  Drive internal secondary, ITB, 245 GB of free space
