Player 11.02 MUI.  Where is the MSI file?

I can't find any method to get the MSI with the MUI version.

I've tried from an installation and verification of the programdata folder and I also tried to extract the setup.exe with 7Zip.  None worked.

Where the msi file of the deployment for the MUI version files?

News MUI:

http://www.Adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/basics.html#multilanguage-ins tallers

List of available installers: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/11/11.0.02.html#elevenzeroz erotwo

. . . Because it is not an MSI file for the security updates. Install MUI 11.0.01 and then 11.0.02.

Ben

  • How can I fix the .msi file extension?

Related to: Windows 8.1 how to define and restore file associations.

A year or two before, I tried to open an .msi file in the Windows Explorer (on object for reasons that I don't care). Although I can use 'Open with' dialog box to specify "Windows Installer" as a temporary workaround, I'm having difficulty to change to open with the default Windows installation program. Here is what does not work:

    • In "default programs", Windows Installer is not listed.
    • In "set associations", .msi is not listed.
    • On the context menu of the .msi files, 'open with' is an option, not a submenu. However, in the 'Open with' dialog box "always use the selected program..." is gray.

With the situation that I am, I think I have to change the registry to fix this file association. I am very familiar with the registry editor and have no problem with a fix in such a manner.

    Hi Sten,

This error can usually be resolved by emptying the temp folder.

Method 1: Delete the contents of the Temp folder and check if that helps.

a: Click on Start > run

b: Type folder , and press ENTER.

c: Now remove everything inside this folder.

Method 2: Run the Fixit and check if it helps.

    Hi Jessen,

    Thank you for your answer!
I tried, but it did not help.
However, the solution that my local Consultant of the PC came with was 'no GUI', he turned off the GUI (for as far as I understand). In my view, that it changed the .msi file by adding this command.
    Best regards

  • Export failed, where is the temp file?

I'm on version 6 of first.  An export of media has failed in the Middle due to lack of space.  Before export, the hard disk has about 1 GB of free space.  After export failed, the player ends up with 10MB of free space.  I suspect that there might be some temporary files and intermediaries created during the export process.  I checked the output folder and deleted the temp file. But the space has not been recovered.  Anyone else where I should check?

You work with a single hard drive?

C drive space http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1007934?tstart=0 see answer 4 for the parameter that you must manually change... and then delete the old temporary files

  • Automatic update does not-how do you extract the msi file to install push with pstools or pdqdeploy?

In the past (4 months ago), I managed to check out the Flash Player msi file, this way I could push Setup for all systems. I can't do that, when I try to extract it ask for a password.

Why is - this has changed? The auto-updater does not work, and Yes, I did install while he autodownloads the new version.

Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

You can get MSI installers through http://www.adobe.com/products/players/flash-player-distribution.html

  • Where is the bookmarks file? I need to sync via mobileme.

For the MAC version of Firefox 4.0.1 where is the precise location (path) on the computer where the bookmarks file is stored? What will be the name of the favorite file?
I intend to put the bookmarks on my iDisk (mobileme) file so that my wife and I can have the same bookmarks and sync will keep synchronized.

They are stored in a file called places.sqlite in the profile folder. This file also stores the history of navigation. For the location of the profile folder see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Profiles

Another method to keep synchronized bookmarks is to use Firefox Sync, which is integrated in Firefox 4. For more information about Firefox Sync, see http://support.mozilla.com/kb/what-firefox-sync?

  • Where are the saved files that someone sends you through Skype Windows8

    Hello

I just bought a new computer that has windows 8 installed above and I must say that I was shocked when I realized that the system is like that running a pad that is so bad, if you want to actually work with the computer.

Then, I installed Skype and was amazed that there is nothing that you can do with it. No video call?

I use Skype to send files and make video calls. Now, when someone sends me a file I have no choice where this file is saved... Where are the files stored?

    OS: Windows 8

    Thank you

type in your windows search bar

    '%AppData% '.
then you will go to the folder "Skype".
and there will be a folder with "my received files."

  • Where is the page files?

I am running Vista Home premium. I want to reduce the size of my partition of my boot c: drive. I want to find my page files and move them to another drive and then reduce the size of the partition.

    Where are they?

    How can I see them?

    How can I move them?

    Hello

The page file (Pagefile.sys) is a hidden file on your hard drive that Windows Vista uses as if it were a memory (RAM). The file exchange and physical memory is the virtual memory. By default, Windows stores the paging file on the boot partition (the partition that contains the operating system and its support files). The default paging file size is equal to 1.5 times the total RAM. However, this default configuration is perhaps not optimal in all cases. This article describes how to configure the paging file for optimization of the system and recovery.

You can follow the steps in the link given by bob.

    http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/Windows_7-performance/Windows-7-set-to-no-page-file-and-i-cannot-change/992de6a8-bec2-4E74-b6d9-d418a7f5cda0?TM=1367819685901

Alternatively, you can follow the steps to move the paging files.

    1. Log the computer as an administrator.
    2. Click Startand then click Control Panel.
    3. Click performance and Maintenanceand then click System.
    4. Click on the Advanced tab, and then, under performance, click settings.
    5. Click the Advanced tab, and then under virtual memory, click change.
    6. In the drive [Volume label] list, click one drive other than the one on which Windows is installed (Windows is usually installed on the drive C). Under Total paging of the size of file for all drives, note the value that is displayed next to recommended.
    7. Click custom size, and type the value recommended in the initial size (MB) box.
    8. Type the maximum size that you want to allow for paging in the size maximum (MB) , and then click set.
    9. In the drive [Volume label] box, click the drive on which Windows is installed (usually drive C), and then use one of the following steps:
      • If you don't want a swap to disk file, click No paging file, and then click set. A message similar to the following message is displayed:

If the pagefile on volume C: has an initial size of less than 126 megabytes, then the system may not be able to create a debugging information file if a STOP error occurs.
    Continue anyway?

    Click Yes.

      • If you want to keep the minimum size of the file on the drive, click custom size, and type a value that is equal or greater than the amount of RAM in the computer in the initial size (MB) box. Type the same value in the box size maximum (MB) , and then click set.
    1. The following message appears:

The changes you did ask you to restart your computer before they can take effect.

Click OK, click OK, click OK, and then click Yes when you are prompted to restart the computer.

Hope it helps you to solve the problem.
