  After the upgrade from Vista to W7-64 CV, I have a problem with an active WiFi Seagate GoFlex TV Media Player asking for a "Net User ID & Net password" to log.  I used all imaginable combinations of IDs & passwords, but they all lead to logon fails. I'm almost certain that it is a W7 security problem because others with the same players who went to W7 face the same problem.  I found many supposed fixes online, but none works.

  I am aware that MS W7 works as it should and Seagate is not their problem, but if anyone can recommend a change of security to help this issue, I guarantee a pass towards the sky.

  PS: All the sharing, etc. continuously.  are installed as they should be.

  The only reference to Net User ID and password I can find is on page 46/47 of the User Guide. If this is not the user name and password of the Windows account that you want to share files with, I don't know what it is.

  I would have suggested the registry change.

  My dvd player is no longer recognising some DVD movie bought she used to play without a problem. The difficulty seems to be related to the protection of copy on the DVD. Cheaper DVDs with the content of the 'public domain' are playable, while recent successes are not.   After a Mac update, flash player (with silverlight) asked to be installed when I tried to watch the video content or play games.  I installed flash player, and it indicates success and appears in my apps.  However, I can't watch videos or play games, whenever I ask me to install flash player again and again and again.  I suspect it has something to do with the plugins, but I'm not sure.  I uninstalled the program and reinstalled but it still does not work.  I check my security settings and it does not allow plugins.  I deleted my temporary internet files.  I don't know what else to do.  Any help would be appreciated!  It's incredibly frustrating.  Thank you

  I use Framemaker 10. Whenever I open a particular document, the document is opened in edit mode (with *) and aks to be saved when I close. It is the same when I did not any changes to the document. I tried to enable/disable 'remember missing fonts', but this did not help.
