  Welcome to congratulations on getting a new iPhone and Apple support communities 7.  I see your message that you are having problems changing the order of song into playlists that you created, but it only happens on your new iPhone.  I have several playlists I created myself, and I sometimes have to change the order of songs as well.  I'm happy to help you with this.
  

  1. Open your music app.
  2. Type library on the bottom left.
  3. Touch Playlists.
  4. Press the Playlist you want to change (it must be one that you have created, as organized playlists cannot be changed).
  5. Press 'Edit' at the top right of your screen.
  6. You should now see red circles 'remove' to the left of each song and three horizontal lines gray right of each song.
  7. Press the grey horizontal lines with your finger and drag the song to the position in the playlist that you want it to be in.
  8. When you have finished editing, type "Done" in the upper right corner.
  9. Your playlist should now be in the new order that you chose!

When I remove a song from the list of reading/PlayNext later when playing an album or a playlist and skip to the next track or press and break even playing on the current song, the song that I removed back in the list where he was.   Disable the library music iCloud. Restore a copy of the last database before you activated. See the empty/corrupted after upgrade/crash iTunes library. If you want to discover music of Apple or iTunes game iCloud music library functionality, it might be better to do it in a separate library.

  I understand your post, does not display the sidebar, which also displays your playlists in iTunes on your PC.  You should be able to get that back in the following ways:
  

  Show or hide the sidebar

  By default, the sidebar is visible. You can hide.

  Choose View > hide the sidebar or the view > display the sidebar.

  Note: You cannot access your playlists when the sidebar is hidden.

  ITunes playlist is simply a list of references to songs in your library, and all selections are stored in the database of library iTunes ( iTunes Library.itl file).  When you delete a playlist iTunes will remove the reference to the database list - it has not separated 'playlist file' which could end up in the Recycle Bin of Windows.  You can immediately reverse an accidental deletion in iTunes (Edition > cancel) until the delete operation is the last thing you did.

• cannot sync iPhone to Apple Watch 7 playlist

  I had this problem, which occurs more often when you try to synchronize with my Apple Watch. I have paired with the iPhone and load time. The iphone connected to BT and WiFi. I select music in the Apple Watch app (I put it at a maximum of 2 GB of music) and then choose a playlist on my iPhone it is 520MB in size. Most of the time, the synchronization 'in the meantime' will appear and never progress beyond that. On rare occasions, it has synchronized music to the watch. When I try to update the playlist and syncing again, it often hangs on "sync in progress". He has also deleted from the playlist of the watch repeatedly, or said the synchronization is complete, but then only about 10% of the songs could be played on the watch and the rest was dark and couldn't access it. I tried unpairing and repair of the watch from the phone repeatedly. I hard rebooted time watch and phone repeatedly. I have improved the watch Watch BONES 1 to 2 to 3 without measurable change.   I have the same problem with my iPhone 7 series Apple Watch 2. I can't sync the playlist with Apple Watch. It has synchronized some songs and the name of the playlist, but that's all. When I change or remove a few songs in the list, it says sync or waiting but no progress. The annoying part is the morning. After night, I leave my phone and watch the load, my phone is hot in the morning and another songs have not yet synchronized. I am in desperate need of this specification. I want to at least know is there something to do about it or we need to live with it?

• iOS 10 playlist shuffle cutting end songs?

  After that a number of loading songs organized in playlists, I'm having a problem where when I mix a playlist, it cuts the ends of songs.  Observations and trials so far leads me to believe that this is only related to the brewing of playlists.  I also see that the display of the song on the lock screen not display correctly when dragging a playlist. A song ends, the next one will start, but what is showing on the screen is the previous song. For anywhere from 30 to 45 seconds. Then the next song will appear on the screen, and the progress bar is already in the 'good' place.

  • Played same album Shuffle - no problem
  • Played Playlist containing same album departure for end - no problem
  • Played the same Playlist on shuffle - cuts of songs, lock screen messed up, etc.

  Even the tests loading songs and playlist in iTunes, then a few iTunes songs and playlist construction on my phone.
