  It might be corrupted 100%, but it happened to me, try this:

  1. Make a windows system restore disk 7 (click here to watch a tutorial)
  2. After loading the files, select the language, and then click Next (Next)
  3. Windows 7 is installed the system is found, click Next (Next):

  Recovery tools appear:

  • Startup Repair (Startup Repair)
