Playmemories online - help

Help, please. I can not connect to playmemories my host program online Playmemories, via direct web browser or iphone or ipad applications. I get 3 bars moving on the screen as it tries to load, server maintenance and other weird messages. Once in a blue moon, he let me but then crashes.

I had the sync all enabled in the application Playmemories House and think that I blew the servers as when I was able to get to 4.8 GB of space, but he showed more than 10,000 images uploaded.

I'm technically inclined and it is not a matter of my side - the database of authentication or photograph must be corrupted.

Support - this would be killer if it worked but is a typical Sony software.

p.s. I bought more than 20 Sony cameras since 2003 and loves the hardware... software needs help!

The moment, he has temporary errors when you try to connect to the PlayMemories Online service using various platforms. Our team is already working on a resolution and an announcement will be posted on the PlayMemories Online Web site once that problem has been fixed.

  • Open online help the theme by using control

    I have html help files created with RoboHelp.  Everything works well except when I want to select a topic (in my case Tutorials.htm) programmatically show it is not first level (Main_Help.htm) online help page.  The function 'Help in command line' seems to be the answer, but the theme is never displayed, only the top level.  All advice is appreciated.

    The help document of LabVIEW for the command-line help feature indicates that the entry of the 'path to the help file' may have a .chm or .hlp extension. You can try instead to create a .chm? I built a similar diagram, but used a .chm, and it performed as expected.

    I paid £99 (for one year of tech support cover) you need and their person tech remote access to my computer laptop and supposed to be cleaned! And he speeded up significantly since!  He also replaced my AVG anti-virus with free download Avira free.

    I have three questions-1. Have I been scammed? 2. is he now an implication of safety, for example my online banking data has been compromised? 3. how my laptop be remotely but once again, even if I now would not allow that?

    Yes, you have been scammed.

    This is a scam and that is becoming more and more common lately. But even worse, if you let them into your computer, who knows what damage they did here or what confidential information they stole.

    So, I highly recommend that you do both of the following immediately:

    1 do a clean reinstall of Windows.

    2. change all your passwords, especially all of banks or other financial sites.

    What is strange, it's your machine run faster, and have replaced them with Avira AVG; Avira is much better than AVG.

    In addition, if you paid by credit card, call your credit card company and see if they can get your money back.

    SYSTEMATICALLY, FOR MONTHS, WHEN I SEARCH WINDOWS HELP I got THE MESSAGE.

    Windows Error Reporting shows several times:

    1. HH.exe hangs and does communicate with Windows
    2. MsSearch TerminateProcess & #x000d
    3. ApphelpSoftBlock & x000d #.

    I have no problem connecting to Windows Web sites otherwise or to other sites on the web.

    Can someone tell me how to fix this?

    This behavior is caused by a corrupted or damaged HH. DAT file.

  • where is playmemories online?

    There was my Z2 playmemories online on top of the application of the album. I can't find more on the Z3. I installed the app on play store but is autonomous and is not integrated in the application of the album. Why this change? It has been very useful to have the ability to browse the local picture and playmemories from the same place. It is a way to integrate it again?

    The problem is the Playmemories site has been under maintenance contract if the option was not present on the phone. Now it works again.

  • CSM online help does not work with the chrome browser

    Nothing happens when (using the SP2 4.4 CSM client) try to open the online help. Chrome browser pop up, but no new tab is created. What parameters are needed in Chrome?

    As Marvin said, Chrome is not supported and when opening the help he starts an activex script.

    OK after rebooting in safe mode and try to help online which worked. I stop, rebooted and worked in the online help. He has never before. Turns off again, installed 27updates windows assistance online dhte still works!

  • Try to get help; message: not connected to online help

    It's weird, and I apologize in advance because I don't really know how to explain it.

    Very different things are happening with my computer - only in the last days.
    Try to check the things myself (without success). I was searching to find out why my Live Mail wasn't load of emails.
    There is a small globe (?) with a red x through it (lower-right, menu bar), with the message saying that I am working offline, and I would like to work online.
    I say yes, red x goes, and repeats the message! And then load it no email!
    I use the send/receive button on the bar at the top of the screen; message: too many errors and email cannot be loaded.
    Errors: pop or smtp not recognized! I'll check into that, and this isn't a problem.
    So back to the drawing board and try to download again the incoming emails.
    Nothing! I click the send/receive button again; It crashes.
    Finally, a box appears with a progress bar, and e-mail is downloaded.
    This whole process can last for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Another problem, but still part of the present above, is that I tried to do some research on my own (not always a good idea).
    In any case, at the top of several pages, it says (I paraphrase) that I was not hooked online help of the internet where the news updated. Check the internet connections, etc. If I couldn't connect, then MY problem (or words to that effect).

    You try to apply the patch using /hotpatch option when a cycle existing adoption is ongoing. This is not allowed. Either you apply the patch to fix file system online help (phase of adoption fair use = apply patches =) or you can fill out/drop current patch cycle, then apply using /hotpatch.
