  And why you even do it in PS? What you wrote means that you need something big which will be made using cutting of vinyl or other techniques of signage and it requires to work with vectors, which means you use Illustrator, not Photoshop.

Several times I asked to speak to a Manager and he is responsible, he said, I asked him to send me something by mail and he never does, he says he wants to help me fix the errors now (My Microsoft windows is not telling me of all the errors), the first time that I received the phone call He wanted to access my computer remotely.   I tried to call him after the call it has been rough for me, by dialing * 69 and the recording of the telephone company says it's a 'blocked' number, I asked for a number to call and he tells me that he wants to solve this problem now and won't remember.  I asked where to call from and what state and he wants to argue about the fixing of these so-called errors which receives the "Ministry of Windows.  This happens for about a year about once each month to a month and a half.  I'm tired of his phone calls.  Can someone advise me how to tell if it is a real Microsoft employee/Division # 1.  can #2 someone please pass on to Microsoft management because if he tries to gain illegal access to my computer (hard to believe that he would call for more than a year if it was), it is probably fool other Customers of Microsoft (if it is not a real employee)...   Whenever I try to update the updates, I get error message saying:
  Windows Installer Service (X) the Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.
  This can happen if the victory. Installer is not installed properly.
  Contact your support team.  As you can see I'm unable to get a new reason
  too many questions with victory. Installation, updates failed and cannot download new programs, software or registry
  cleaner, backups, ect.
  FixIt for me is incapable of solving these questions also. Is there a KB # or something to fix this?

  I'm so happy. Everything seems to be in trouble, so I have to use the legacy on support. I installed the windows 8 install any update, and then upgrade to windows 8.1. The first initialization of the windows 8.1 installation, I go into the BIOS, then choose restore default.

  TO OBTAIN AGAIN A MISTAKE.

  SOLUTION - CLEAN HDD VIA USB BOTABLE WITH MBR SCHEME FOR UEFI

  CONVERT HDD OS INSTALLED TPG, ACTIVE

  THEN AGAIN CREATE USB BOOTABLE WITH TPG TO UEFI SYSTEM

  EVERYTHING'S OK. BUT LEGACY SUPPORT MUST BE ON.

  INSTALL ALL OF THE UPDATE, INSTEAD OF UPGRADING TO WINDOWS 8.1

  IN THE FIRST REBOOT, GO TO BIOS THEN RESTORE THE DEFAULT SETTINGS.

  EVERYTHING'S FINE.

  I think I messed my laptop pretty badly. I have improved my Win 7 Home Premium x 64 to win 10 by using Windows Update, but I have stumbled on the question of the "black screen" and could not solve the problem, so what I did was reinstall my windows using a Windows 7 Ultimate x 64 configuration, which was a huge mistake.

  It seems I've lost not many things after installing, but I want to fix right now is internet connection and USB connection. Currently, the only way is to Exchange data with my laptop via a CD. It seems that my laptop cannot recognize a cable ethernet as a removable storage device, and I guess that's because I'm missing a bunch of pilots:

  

  The 'Ethernet controller' used to be among the "other devices" with an exclamation point, but I just installed the Realtek PCIe (SP63213) thing and it appeared under 'network adapters '. I guess it has something to do with the issue of cable internet, but did not check whether it has been fixed or not. [Edit: it has indeed fixed the issue of the internet.] At least now I have internet connection]

  As you can see, there's quite a few other drivers missing as listed in the section other devices. I tried the update driver option, but could not do everywhere. If I choose "Browse my computer for driver software", then "Let Me pick from a list of device...", then "select type your device... "I'll get to a long list of many things (screenshot below) and I have no idea where I should go from here.

  

  I tried to select some items, but still got the error "the device could not be started."

  So, my questions are: how to get all these missing drivers? How can I make my phone able to recognize again the USB? Can I really fix these just by choosing the correct point in the list above (which means that I will not need internet connection)? Or I have to download the correct stuff on the internet?

  My laptop is a HP dv6t-7000 CTO Entertainment Notebook PC. Now, my OS is Win 7 Ultimate x 64. It would be of any help, the hardware for the controller (USB) ID are:
