  I'm having a problem with sorting of columns and the number of lines displayed in a report.
  
  This report displays the data correct, but if I try to sort on a column when I click on the column heading in the report returns no line... I need to click on the "go" button to refresh the report (with the column sorted now) in to display the data.
  
  Similarly, I display only 15 lines per page. If I try to view the lines 16-30, 31-45, etc., that it returns no line until I click on the 'go' button to refresh again.
  
  Has anyone else had (and overcome) the same problem?

  2 questions:

  1) are you using the elements referenced by the report page to filter etc.. ? If so, you're failing values of these when the loading of the page?
  (2) are you using PPR page through the results?

  If so, it could be a problem with the different types of session state, as Anton Nielsen blogged about here:
  http://c2anton.blogspot.com/2008/12/Oracle-Application-Express-Apex-three.html

  If so, you can use calculations or processes to set element values in session state persistent during page rendering, as Anton mentions. In this way, when you use PPR page values will be available in session state and your report should work fine.

• Please HELP * problem with dynamic regions ADF...

  I have 2 separate workflow in my application. 'Search-user-flow' & 'create-user-flow. I got to view these feeds in my main application (home) as a dynamic region with 2 dynamic links.
  
  My page main split into two panels where I suppose to display dynamic links on the left side and the workflow right. Want to display the default search feeds loading the home page, and when I click on the link for the user to create, create flow must be exposed to the right side. Please help me how to do the same. I was halfway through the path, but not totally.
  
  Here's what I've done so far.
  
  Step 1) creation research-user-flow (this stream were only page fragments not pages)
  Step 2) created create-user-flow (this stream were only page fragments not pages)
  Step 3) slide / move the search-user-flow in right panel of the main page as dynamic and created new "searchFlow" managed bean and the same card.
  -(After this stage, the main research stream fragment appears in my main page)
  -(Managed bean created taskID entry and the method)
  
  Step 4) slide / move the create-user-flow to the left side panel as dynamic link.
  Step 5) slide / move in the research-user-flow for left side panel as dynamic link.
  
  During the loading of my main page, I could see 2 dynamic links in the Panel left side and 1 flow to the right side panel. Now when I click on the Create User link, it's pass the stream and display the stream of the 2nd on the right. So far so good. Now, if I hit any link here after an error. Please help me how to solve this problem and make the works of dynamic region. It is really urgent and fight with past 4 days...

  OK so I've had this laptop for a while and it has been great until today. I'm unable to connect to wireless internet. After reading around online for a quick solution (which I didn't), I have this to offer... I have a ralink RT5390R 802.11bgn wi - fi adapter. The drivers are up to date and the status of the device is:

  Before you start: I one day 32 GB 6th gen (newest) iPod Touch and uses a MacBook Pro with OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 early 2015. QuickTime Player is Version 10.4 (833.7).

  I have an iOS game and you want to record a video of my game using QuickTime. I want to record is just two things: the screen of my iPod (to show the gameplay of course) and iPod audio (to listen to the music of the gameplay, sound effects, etc.). I play with headphones plugged into my iPod, so, naturally, I want to listen to the game and have the video recording, the audio of game as well.

  Unfortunately, a problem arises however. I insert my iPod in my computer, ready to start game and the headphones plugged into the iPod. I open QuickTime, then click on "file > new Movie Recording. From the drop-down list next to the button REC / I click on "camera > iPod of [my] Touch" and "micro >" of [my] iPod Touch '.» Immediately I can't hear my headphones... ! However the emulation screen iPod appears perfectly on my MacBook.

  If I press the record button when even just to see what happens. I recorded about 20 seconds of the game and click on stop. Pretty funny his returned to my headphones right when I stopped recording! Nevertheless, I plugged my iPod headphones on my MacBook and played the video I just recorded. The 20-second video has audio PERFECT, everything in the video went extremely smooth and no audio/visual of all issues.

  I wanted to keep trying, then instead of having already my headphones for my iPod, I tried to open QuickTime with my headphones unplugged; and then plugged my iPod after QT has been opened. The emulation screen FROZEN unlock and then when I unplugged the headphones. Unplug and plug in any again gave the same results. I waited a few minutes later headphones, then plugged back in. Surprisingly, I could finally hear audio and emulation of the screen has not frozen, but when I pressed on the record, the record got stuck on "0:00"- and when I pressed the stop button, it gave me an error message saying "unable to save" try save again. " I tried everything several times for a few hours and nothing has changed. Is there something I'm missing... ?

  Your recording QT X settings say the iPod Touch to divert temporarily the iPod Touch audio pipeline (normally sent to the internal speaker/headphone port) to the Lightning-USB connector to connect to the application of QT X reader when recording. When the registration process is complete, the iPod Touch will automatically reconnect the audio pipeline diverted to the internal speaker/headphone port.
