  It is not listed as one of the products in the products of "characteristic". I tried to download from the http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=design_standard & loc = en_gb page, but all I can download the wizard, any products I'm actually trying to download. I need to download this particular suite because I bought and have a product key but have not downloaded it (long story).

  Solved my problem. With the (newly installed) download wizard open. I went back to the original page and click on 'Download' again. Seems to have worked.
