Plot 2 functions of different dimensions

Hi guys,.

For example, I have the vectors:

1 [2 4 6 8 10] = x, y1 = [4 7 8 9 4]

x 2 = [1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9], y2 = [2 4 5 6 7 5 8 8 7]

I want to plot (x 1, y1), plot(x2,y2) on the same graph. Note that the length of the two different plots.

I tried to use the XY graph, but there is no way to do this and the waveform graph, requires an initial value of x and delta x, which are not the same in this case.

Thanks for any help.

If you hover over the terminal of the BD of the XY graph he shows you how to get several plots, just to build an array of individual parcels of XY.

  • Images of different dimensions of batch processing

    Hi all!

    I tried to do for a while and I'm stumped, so I would like to know if it is still possible. I'm trying to understand how to create an action that...

    • Takes a jpg file
    • draw a shape
    • mask of the image
    • Adds another form

    So that I can batch process a ton of images.

    I managed to do something like what I'm after, but the thing I have a problem with, is that the original images will be have different dimensions.

    I have attached a picture for example that would be the original (start.jpg), which is the desired end result (done.jpg) and the .psd (link)

    IF to do a step at the heart of the action where I need to intervene and to resize the image flat slightly to fit the canvas it will save even one time charge.

    I know the opening and registration will be supported of the functionality of treatment using batch and the result must be a jpg file.

    Any input is welcome!

    Here are the files of work - http://mikeebee.com/dl/action-test.zip

    Thank you very much

    This Script would choose one or the other Action depending on whether the active image is wider than it is tall.

    You must insert the correct names for appropriate Action and the defined Action, however.

    // 2012, use at your own risk;
    #target photoshop
    if (app.documents.length > 0) {
    var myDocument = app.activeDocument;
    if (myDocument.width > myDocument.height) {
              app.doAction("Canvas landscape", "bfunk")
              }
    else {
              app.doAction("Canvas portrait", "bfunk")
              }
    };

  • How can we who is a fact and that is a different dimension?

    Hi all

    I am a new bee to OBIEE...

    If anyone can help me out or give me a link...

    If we have several facts and dimensions? How can we who is a fact and that is a different dimension?

    Thnkx in advance.

    Hello

    You can identify the facts and Dimension based on the data.
    You must analyze.
    Generally the table with measurement (Max column in the table), we will consider a fact.
    Table with attribute as Dimensions.

    For the facts, we can apply the global rules.

  • How to plot graphs with a different number of values

    Hello guys,.

    After a few hours, I have to give up and you ask for help.

    The problem:

    It must be possible to disregard some of the measured values. The measure and valid points should appear in the same graph (for example, the measured values of 'x' and valideded 'o' data. Valideded data would look like a circle with an 'x' in the middle).

    So far so good.

    The time difference between the measured data (dbl-table) is always the same (20-30 seconds).

    I tried (see attachment):

    If the measured value is not valid, I delete this value and change in this case the 'dt' in the waveform (see loop 2), if I get the data I want.

    I tried different ways, but I can't to plot the data in a single chart (I think because the timedifference 'dt' is not the same)

    You have an idea, how can I draw the graphs shown in 'graphic linear adjustment' and 'validated card data' in the same chart?

    Maybe I need to use the "graph" and not "table"?

    I chose graphic because it must be possible to hide/show each plot (but me, I'd work with graph as well)

    I hope I described the problem well and you can help me. I'm sure, it's possible and probably easy, but I'm not

    Thank you!!

  • Studio EN - is there a work around for the problem of referencing data from a grid with a different connection of DB and # different dimensions?

    Hello

    I'm making reference to a column in a different grid with a different database connection. I did some searching in the forums, and it seems that it is a known problem with EN Studio. The problem is that if 2 different database connections have different number of dimensions, then the reference will throw an error.

    For example, what I try to do, is below:

    In grid2.column [A], I have the following formula:

    Grid1. Column [A]

    The result is an error.

    The ultimate goal is to have a base of variance formula in the grid between grid1 and grid2, who have connections to different database with a different number of dimensions. Is there a solution to this bug? The example of the basic formula is less to:

    Grid1. Column [A] - grid2.column [A]

    Any help is very appreciated!

    Thank you

    Tiffany

    For the first image watermark placed properly, but for the second picture watermark is distracted. As you can clearly see the dimensions are different. Please suggest me a solution.

  • HTML5 canvas making reference to a function in different image scripts

    Hi, people,.

    I wrote a custom function in the Framework 1 where I have used successfully. However, "this.functionName ()" does not work in other scripts of framework. How I would write this function so that I don't have to rewrite in each image? How could I do it if I want to make reference to a variable or function declared in a remote part of the frame of the timeline? Please refer me to a previous discussion if this question has already been answered.

    Thank you

    If you want to use this.functionName (), use the following to define your function

    {this.functionName = function ()}

    whatever

    }

  • print image even out but different dimensions

    I print the same image, but the image is another dimension when I print I need help

    I don't change anything

    Have you printed all the other photos in the meantime because you printed edited this picture?  If so, it is possible that something has changed.

    One way to keep a configuration of printing is to click on the tab [create saved print], which saves the photo and the page layout in a Collection 'print '. You can then retrieve the exact same photo and the configuration in the control panel collections at any time in the future.

    (Press [i] to toggle info window print design).

    Where is the predefined model print?

    In the panels on the left side, there is the sign "Model Explorer. Here are the templates provided by Adobe, but they may not suit your needs!

    For example the model (1) 4 x 6 you would think is for 4x6in paper but actually for A4 paper and 4x6in cell margins. (shown in the Preview Panel)

    Another clue is - when you did a print design that works and which prints correctly, save a 'model' (click on the + in the model browser header). These "model user" will be available to use again with any Photo.

    Do a complete review of all settings in the dialog box the printer Configuration and layout of LR panels. I hope that the success that will prevail.

    And another thought! -you have checked the option "Zoom to fill" - If your photo image is not in the proportions of the exact dimensions of the mesh report, there will be some cropping of the photo with the edges of the photo deleted.

  • Answers OBIEE 10G - 2 facts with different dimensions

    For example

    fact 1: sales.

    Of dimensions: Branch, time, product

    fact 2: promotions:

    Of dimensions: business, time, promotional code

    These two facts and related dimensions are in Star patterns.

    Only two made run OK.

    What I want:

    Branch, time, promotional code, Sales, promotions

    In SQL, it would be something like (pseudocode):

    Select t1.*, code t2.promotion, t2.promotions

    Of

    (

    Select the branch, the time, the sales

    Branch, the time, the sales

    where - joins and filters

    ) t1

    left outer join

    (

    Select the branch, promotions, promotional code

    direction, time, promotional code, promotions

    where - joins and filters

    ) t2

    On t1.branch = t2.branch

    and t1. time = t2.time

    I don't know what is doable in OBIEE, or should I use SQL?

    Try to create a fact in MDB with 2 LTS: sales and Promotions and set the level-based measures.

    The two facts sharing the dimensions of the branch and time (consistent dims), OBIEE will join the facts with these columns.

  • Name of the different dimension in a library of applications and planning application

    In dimension Dimension library and application library name is CC_Entity, in the Planning & Essbase is the name of the entity dimension. Application has been deployed recently. Why the size are not the same (the children of the dimension are the same) name? How can this be repaired? This could be a reason why BR validate against the planning application, but not against Essbase (it's in the Calc Manager)?
    Thank you in advance.

    Select the name of the Dimension system property. For example, CC_entity. See if the Alias of the entity Dimension. The dimension in planning is the Alias "Dimension".
    I hope this helps.

  • How can I order a 2nd book iPhoto with different dimensions?

    I created, ordered and received a book of photos from iPhoto.

    Now, I want to order another size 1 but in another and I can't work on how do it.

    Help!

    Mike

    Changing the size of a book can change the layout of the pages. You must create a second version of the book.

    • CTRL-click on the book in the source list and choose "duplicate".
    • Open book duplicate and press the button "change theme".
    • In the lower left corner of the theme Panel click on one of the L or XL - size options.
    • At the top of the Panel, select the type of coverage.
    • Now check out the pages of the book, if inappropriate photos or text boxes need a new layout.

  • Function @Allocate

    Hi guys,.

    A quick question, when I use the function @Allocate to distribute members what is happening is that since I'm distribution to a specific range of members who already values, and I want to create the percentage based on the weight of these members, these values change due to the assignment while they are used in the function at the same time. Is there a way to block the initial values and use that share the percentage without having to copy them to another member first?

    I hope that's clear enough

    Thank you

    Hello Icebergue,

    Yes, but you must do this in two steps, otherwise you can roll at the time where the calculation failed for some reason any. A stage of work if (divisor), the parent member option is stored and you synthesize not 'on the fly'.

    Better is to do a two-step approach of calculation in a member of a different dimension of the result and then copy it to.

    Kind regards

    Philip Hulsebosch
